Classy...Just as expected... I wish everyone could have heard the foul language used at the end of the game by the MC fans and a former MC coach that I had to hear. I never expected to hear so much foul language from adults directed at the refs and at the Huntland kids. I do agree that a great deal of the process is political. I was just trying to make a case that the stats should be strongly considered in the decision. Sometimes it seems stats aren't a consideration but where you are from is a big factor or who your coached by is more important. There are several young ladies that deserve to be recognized. If I had a vote, mine would go to Ali Golden for Class A Miss Basketball.

What kind of program has Cascade turned in to?..Learn to not press when the other team subs. Huntland subs up 40 in the 3rd and the coach starts pressing the subs. Press the starters if you want to press then its okay to keep pressing.

Why cant the TSSAA allow a "wildcard" situation to happen to find an opponent? Oh wait...That might make too much sense That would allow other teams that actually had better records to be rewarded with post-season games...Oh wait...that might make too much sense!

Having to compete with schools more than twice your size is not being SOFT. All schools deserve the chance to compete with schools of similar size. Small or Large... With that logic, you might as well get rid of classifications all together. The system currently is set up for the private schools to be successful because that is where the money is. That is who the T$$AA is and will be concerned with...not the small schools or the large schools but...What is best for the Private Schools. Where did the classes get added? ..Private schools

I disagree completely...Our school has been very vocal about the subject and our programs are very successful. Winning is great but having to play schools twice your size is not an equal playing field. Travel time cant get much worse...we currently travel an hour or more to over half our district games in all sports... including football and basketball. Everyone wants to win but at least allow us to compete with similar size schools...Win or Lose!!!
