  1. Will the game be live streamed anywhere that doesn't cost $45.00?
  2. QB didn't do very much, it was Teague's night! He hadn't played the past 2 weeks and was hungry!
  3. Blaze win 35-21! To many turnovers by Blackman, but Teague had a monster night with something like 334 rushing yards and 2 or 3 td's.
  4. What is the address to the stadium? I heard that they don't play at the high school.
  5. This shows your lack of knowledge on the subject. In 2009, when Riverdale played in the semi finals and "winning", people couldn't stand the way he ran the program then as well as his whole demeanor and lack of people skills. This was also a time in which there were still 80-100 kids on the team, but he's gonna play 6-8 kids both ways and the 2's would only see the field in the last 3 minutes if lucky. Failure to get the backups ready to play. He only needs a roster of about 25 kids anyway, since that's the most he'll ever play in a season.
  6. A lot has to do with building a rapport with your players also. Rankin, as hardcore as he is, he has always seemed to have players that would run through a brick wall for him. Whereas Aydelott just tries to be hardcore and his players would rather push him into that brick wall. Not to mention what the parents of the players would like to do or say to him, but then that would be taken out on their son and cost him playing time. I've seen this first hand.
  7. Let's give credit where credit is due. Although Riverdale has been in a downward spiral for years, this Blackman team made Riverdale look pretty bad too! Blackman's lines controlled the line of scrimmage all night long, which in turn allowed our backs to run inside throughout the game. Did Blackman even run outside the tackles with a RB at all? I don't think so, just a couple of QB keepers that went off tackle. That alone speaks volumes.
  8. I agree with you TDCman, that's more like the game I watched. Not very impressive at all. Matter of fact, I was so bored that I left after Summit scored to make it 1-1 to go watch Blackman practice.
  9. Lol ... Since Coach A has been there, has there ever been anyone "being developed" at the kicker position?
  10. Rumor has it that a transfer from Blackman (Drew Brown) is the front runner for the kicker position. Pretty strong leg from what I have heard.
  11. Got a lot of holes to fill, but got a lot of talent to work with. Hopefully they will just reload and not have to rebuild. Will no more in a couple of weeks when spring practice starts.
