  1. aintskeered Posted July 27 You need to Wake-Up! Giles has Talent, an I really think they will make it past the first round. Opinions are like bungholes, everyone has one. I see another match-up between Giles & Alcoa, this year. And this year, they'll see how FANS, with some CLASS, carry themselves. Alcoa had a change in Staff and playing at the BrickYard, will a difficult game for them. When they match-up, I'll buy your Ticket for ya, and then we can Talk about the Talent, which Giles has. Let alone, One Heck of a Coaching Staff. Big Joe will have the Defensive Line ready, and they'll shut them DOWN. Which I predict them doing,to most of the TEAM'S in REGION PLAY. GO BOBCATS!
  2. Zach Lunsford QB Alcoa 22 of 36 qtrs played 82/101 1210 yards, 15 TDS 81.2 completion % 236 rushing yards, 2 TDS 1446 all purpose yards http://www.hudl.com/v/2JTB9W
  3. I see what you’re saying. However, if they get improved play out of the qb and can keep Vaughn healthy, I don’t think making the semi at Oakland (if Oakland makes it?) is out of reach. Murvul is Murvul. This game will make them better. Just have some work to do. Their schedule allows for that imho. We shall see…
  4. Just about every team who’s relevant in the state of TN has followed suit….
  5. They rush to our side when they win. I remember several years ago, they came over with a stuffed raccoon on a plaque. I guess if you can dish it, you should be able to take it…
  6. Not really sure. It used to be played in October. I’d rather move it to cooler weather. However, if you have numbers, I’d say Murvul is fine with playing it in 90-95 degree temps. It is what it is….
  7. Agreed. However, Oakland is another story. I hope it comes down to that. However, at Oakland will be another level. Hope I’m wrong. Hope we get to see!
  8. Either way murvul would not have kicked the meat off our azz. I’m just glad your comrades didn’t get our qb. Although they tried really hard. He looked awfully good last night. Good luck with the rest of your season!
  9. Congratulations to Alcoa football and coach Brian Nix!!
  10. Safe travels. Looking forward to meeting up with y’all. See ya there!!
  11. Just for comparison, what kind of game would you expect if this East Nashville team played last years Milan team on a neutral field tomorrow??
  12. Unfortunately, that crew will be doing the D2 AAA of MB vs McCallie game. The State supervisor of officials, Junior Moree, was at the Alcoa vs West game checking them out. Hope they don’t ruin what should be a great game. At least, they don’t have any home town skin in the game….
