Region 5 Marshall County 7-1 5-0 WC & PC Pearl Cohn 8-0 5-0 WH & MC White House 5-3 3-2 PC & CW Station Camp 2-5 2-2 CW,MC &WC and they should win them all. Creek wood 2-5 2-2 SC,GB&WH…. honest opinion, Marshall County, and Pearl Cohn fight for first. Station camp will win out and jump White House unless WH upset PC. CW has a slimmmm chance but they match up good with a lot of the teams so them winning wouldn’t surprise me neither.

Seriously after Friday I totally agree. Looking at GB they have No reason not to be a playoff team. They have size on the line and at the skill position. The have a QB and #11 who I fill should also be in the back field!! They have decent team speed.

I was told a lot of sophomores are playing but I could be wrong. Only kids I know out east is #7 and the big guy on the line who are seniors.

I actually got them at number 5 and should have added them. They don’t have a lot of defense but Law Jr slanging that ball. That EN and Stratford will be a good one.

UPDATED WEEK 8 1. PC - Held some kids out this week but got a key player back on offense for the first time this season. 4th Shut out 2. East- Young and making young mistakes. Still think they have a chance to make it back to the state championship. 3.Hillsboro - Never short of talent to be great. They just have to put it all together. 4. Antioch- Finally got to see them in person. It’s a young team being lead by a freshman QB. Size wise they’re not that big but some kids play hard. Will need to hit the weight room hard this off season. They remind me of Mcgavock team from last year just smaller

I think this is their first one. Best freshman game I’ve seen in a while. PC had chances to win but dropped the WIDE OPEN TD balls and to many turnovers. PC freshmen got a real gut check yesterday. Lawson kids showed some heart. Even had to nerve stomp on the firebird lol. Time to hit the weight room get ready for spring track. Congratulations to a few who gets called up to varsity.

Talked to a SC parent and they said it was a chin check. Kids didn’t take them serious and they found out that water is wet.

Finally watched Antioch. #5 and #80 makes the offense go. The LT was getting worked. Center QB exchange?? It was a lot of low snapped balls. I’m liking Antiochs Db’s. The DL is small…Number 0 looks like a WR playing End. Physically they looked a lot smaller than you guys. 4th Q it was over. Strength and conditioning.

I went back and forth on that because I know even on a bad year Smyrna is tough and I didn’t have EN losing that game. Personally I think East is Better.

UPDATED WEEK 7 1. PC 2. Hillsboro 3.Antioch 4. East So 3 of the 4 lost but two teams played state contenders. East Lost to a bad smyrna team that you never wanna look over because they play hard.

You kinda took the words out my mouth from Last year. Yall overall team size has always impressed me and the kids has always been tough.

I actually think this will be a low scoring game. Both teams really want to control the ball/tempo but normally when it’s like that the score ends up 40something to 50 something lol. I haven’t seen WH in person but I’ve seen SC. I’ll take SC by 3

I can agree with that. I can actually see Antioch beating Hillsboro but I can also see Hillsboro smashing Antioch. They Metro/Rivalry games bring some extra heat. I think the 3 teams are very close “EN,HB,A”. I wish Antioch had a few fans on here.

Same list for me. My question about Antioch is are they gone make some noise the next few years and fall back like Mcgavock did? Once again the top 4 freshmen teams in the playoffs are Cane Ridge,Hillsboro,Lawson and PC. That foundation has to be build. The Freshman QB at Antioch flipped the scene out there BUT how long will CR stay in the shadows?

You’re curious so just check out our schedules and scrimmages over the years. Outside of region we always up 6a and privates. You also know that PC IS a lower 3a school playing up in 4a correct? I read some post and someone think it’s because alcoa nope. It’s a couple of reasons. PC fans travel better than ANY metro school. You get bigger gates in 4a. Also from what I understand The head person in charge didn't want to be in the metro region for multiple reasons. It’s not going to make us better and dealing with the crowds every week is a no go. Also if I’m not mistaken East Nashville or the people who pay the bills didn’t want EN and PC in the same region as they did this year in Basketball. They split us up. The wanted that rivalry to cool off. Alcoa has nothing to do with why we play up. They will be 4a soon
