From what I saw, they were still running the ball good with the backup. The O-line is excellent. And I see them even beating SC if they can slow the passing game and eat the clock. And Malachi was the best RB I've seen in awhile. I'd say he could matchup against swafford or foreman at DB, he's definitely got the better build and more physical. But they are probably more agile. Hopefully he can recover soon

Ask Mo West and Greeneville if were "soft like butter." and why does it matter what happened the last years? That doesn't count this year does it?

Y'all Boone and Tn High fans are out of your minds, you guys battle it out for 3rd place in conference. Youre crazy if you think your playing for more than that. Not in "school history", it's the best team since the last conference champs. And good enough to beat both Tn High and Boone by a lot.

What has been going on with the RB that was hurt during the Science Hill game? Is he still hurt? And how did y'all lose to south Doyle? Was he still not there for that game? Trying to keep up with them but haven't heard anything.

Sullivan South 28 - Tn High 21 (tough fought game) Science Hill 55 - Crockett 7 (Carter won't have to run up the score) Dobyns-Bennett 47- Boone 14 (Boone will come out great, then the real DB smashes them in 2nd half) Volunteer 21 - Central 0 (volunteer is bad, Central is awful) As for the Dobyns Bennett, Boone game. I just don't see how anyone is beating them anytime soon. Being hard nosed is not the only thing you need to beat a good team. There's other factors just as special teams, big plays, like the Science Hill, Boone game last year. If you watch film on that game, you'd think Boone was winning the fight, running the ball up our throat. But then there was the kickoff returns. I say Boone will come out there all pumped up to play the #3 6A school in Tn, play them pretty tough for a long time, then DB wakes up and starts scoring all over them.

Dobyns-Bennett will smash Boone this Friday. It doesn't even matter how you contain the edge or playing tough, Boone boys don't have the speed to keep up with the fastest team in the conference and one of the fastest in the state. This is where depth came into play. Mo west lost their great running back and receiver, and we lost our best receiver and D-lineman. #21 stepped in and did a good job. I'd say, depending on how bad #6's injury is, that Mo west will do just fine the rest of the season. Best O-line Science Hill has seen thus far. And a hard nose defense who stopped the run 90% of the time with a couple slips. Good game!

I'm not sure of his mom but his Dad played for a state championship team in the 90's. And the girl on the basketball team you're thinking of is tiana tarter, who's brother is Malik tarter, who played football last year and had a great year, however, ended up moving to Atlanta. Malik would be a junior and probably one of, if not, the most athletic person on the Science Hill football team. Best running back I've seen besides Will Adams come through the Johnson City system.

You are right, but from what I've heard. This isn't tre's decision. People are saying he was devastated by having to leave at a time where good things were happening for him. I've heard his mom is behind the decision also.. And why would you leave a school with such a good history of basketball and state contenders every year or so? If you are a PLAYER, the scouts will find you. If you have to leave to get more recognition, then you aren't doing something right. Just like Shannon hale who left last year, if I'm right, he's still committed to Bama. The same school he was committed to at Science Hill. Such a shame that high school athletics has come to this nowadays.

I don't know if Id put Alcoa past number 3 at least. They just played the best team in TN and gave them a great game. But at a record standpoint, then I guess they could be there

Nothing like seeing some real football teams play. Alcoa's running game is for real. #33 is a monster. Sucks he doesn't ever get a break between being fullback and linebacker. But I guess that's where being a 3A school has its downside. Looks like Maryville has raised another great Qb, and Prevo was just incredible. We'll probably see the Rebels in the playoffs again this year. Good luck!

Yes, the defense we use was implemented by Watson, however, he can't be out there due to Chemotherapy. So be praying for him. And yes, they say that he was top 3 defensive coordinator in TN. If you guys haven't noticed, SH went from that 3-3-5 stack, to a 4-4 with only 2 inside backers. Like DB's defense.

If Mo West doesn't stop #10, game over. I dont care how good the defense is. Some teams have bad games. Hard work beats talent when talent isn't working hard! Should be a good game.

exactly right. Lot of multiple sport athletes that don't get to train offseason for football. Meaning, we have athletes, but they don't focus on football alone.

Really well, SH got up 21-0 then let a hail mary get by them just before halftime. Good showing by both teams, but it looks like we had more speed on the offense. JV might not be that important, but you have to remember, a lot of these guys will be leading the team in the next years. SH won 35-21
