  1. What is your overall take on the scrimmage vs ER seeing it in person (I assume?)
  2. Gallatin O has a much better chance of success this year if Hendersonville can't stack the box like the past without regretting it getting burnt. Obviously, the Wave will have to keep Baker "at bay".
  3. On a real note, you will get complete new stands out of this mishap so not all is bad. If they would have barely broke, Sumner Board would have probably found a way to patch it up. Luckily the whole structure completely failed. Lol.
  4. Stretch. Beech bleachers vs Glencliff would be a much closer matchup
  5. Oh. Wow. I thought yall weren't being serious about their schedule. I just took a look at it. Uhmmm. Okay.
  6. Was literally typing something along those lines before this comment lol ....Atleast both squads are aren't quite as #### as them bleachers though ( Kidding ) ( Mostly )
  7. Look at you saying super hurtful words up in here.
  8. Imagine if LC would have got a turf field before other schools could even get working water, lights, fences & bathrooms....
  9. Maybe last night needed to happen.
  10. ^^^Liberty is one school that I honestly can't help but want to see lose any time they step out onto the field no matter who they play. Just kind of as a "Hey, BOE, you cant buy one school's trophy case."
  11. Read my comment above yours. Agreed.
  12. Nothing negative meant towards Beech. I'll just say I hope this is a sore spot that we can all look down upon when it comes to the Sumner County Board. While we can all look at one school that they basically built a college campus for, yet literally had another school stadium literally fall to the ground. Embarassing on their behalf. There is enough money floating around this county, there should be no problem keeping up with Rutherford, Wilson & Williamson when it comes to upkeeping these stadiums.
  13. Sorry that I took that as a deflection, being that you had to directly mention Gallatin instead of commenting on the actual situation. Sure reads out pretty clearly more as a "jab" and not actually addressing the current situation. If that upsets you that somebody called you out on the comment, then idk what to say.
  14. I feel that I have kept my comments more pointed towards Sumner County, not Beech. It's a problem within the County wanting to do the minimum.
  15. Reply to Tandem, not anybody else. He is the only one taking jabs at a school that this has nothing to do with.
  16. Who said other counties don't inspect their stadiums? This is not a "state" problem
  17. Nice "comeback" trying to Deflect the issue off of your own school and trying to wish it upon somebody else. YOUR school had it actually happen. Nice try, but we all can see with our own eyes who actually had an entire section off a stadium crumble to the ground.
  18. Yes, they are going to check all Sumner County stadiums.
  19. I'd be feeling VERRRRY fortunate that this did not happen Friday night when the Station Camp fans had a few hundred people sitting in those stands with kids and such. Or tonight when Rucker Stewart Middle was supposed to play. Could have been lots of bad things following Beech & Sumner County had that happened. So yeah, I'm sure the "Maintenance Team" is happy to jump right on this very fortunately timed mistake.
  20. Not sure what this is supposed to mean. I'd say Hendersonville is a team that everybody should look out for this year in their region. Lots of returning players, and a QB that has started a lot of games. This is a good win if Gallatin can do it. Pay no mind to that jamboree " loss " in two quarters that they lost by one point. First off, they jumped up 13-0 on East Robertson pretty fast. Missed a PAT. ER finally got that Power 5 D1 running attack going in the 2nd qtr & scored. East Robertson is pretty much at the peak of what their program has ever been. Got a couple Gallatin guys on their staff, though, so good for them.
  21. They could take a page from the Wilson County Board, who has pretty much new stuff at every high school campus in that county. Instead of catering to just one place who has zero history like what was done in Sumner.
  22. No, this is not a real post. Every coach Gallatin had since Coach Barron from the 1960's has been a winner until the last two. We can all try and say it was this or that as to why they didn't win. Bottom line is, they didn't win at a place that won a LOT more than lost up till 2012 staff changes. There was a couple decent years from the last two staffs, but overall were very underwhelming. New sheriff in town now!! Let's allow him some time to build it how he sees fit.
  23. Oh no, that looks bad. Any injuries?
