  1. In the same boat. It's going to be pretty interesting how they construct Region 5, 6 and 7. I feel pretty confident about 7-5A though
  2. So by no means should you take this with any kind of certainty and feel free to criticize this projection, I'm not as familiar with 5A. 1-5A: Sevier Co., Morristown East, Morristown West, David Crockett, Daniel Boone, Tennessee, Cocke Co. 2-5A: West, Powell, Halls Heritage, Knox. Central 3-5A: Lenoir City, Clinton, Karns, Campbell Co., William Blount 4-5A: East Hamilton, McMinn Co., Walker Valley, Rhea Co., Ooltewah, Soddy-Daisy 5-5A: Lincoln Co., Tullahoma, Columbia, Lawrence Co., Franklin Co., Page, Centennial, Nolensville 6-5A: Hillsboro, Glencliff, Beech, Hendersonville, Portland, Station Camp, Hunters Lane 7-5A: Henry Co., Northeast, Northwest, Kirkwood, Kenwood, Dickson Co., Lawson 8-5A: Munford, Memphis Central, Brighton, Kingsbury, Overton
  3. True, I think there are more than 1 option for the 5th team in 1-6A
  4. I'll say this about CC-MJ: MJ better not fall behind or CC will just melt that clock away like they did with Blackman. As far as any potential MJ-Oakland game, this version of the Patriots is much more Spread-oriented than past teams so I'd be interested to see how that plays out if both teams get to the 2nd round Honestly, you can flip a coin on GH-Blackman, I'd give GH the slight edge bc their offense is better Riverdale-Cookeville is really interesting. If Cookeville can keep the mistakes to a minimum and slow down DJ Taylor, they might be able to pull off the upset.
  5. With Morristown East, Howard and Warren County out of the picture, this is how I see ulit going: 1-6A: Dobyns-Bennett, Science Hill, Jefferson Co., West Ridge, Bearden 2-6A: Maryville, Cleveland, Farragut, Bradley, HVA, OR 3-6A: Oakland, Riverdale, Blackman, Siegel, Rockvale, Shelbyville 4-6A: Cookeville, Coffee Co., Lebanon, Wilson Central, Green Hill, Mt. Juliet 5-6A: Smyrna, Stewarts Creek, Antioch, Cane Ridge, LaVergne 6-6A: West Creek, Rossview, Clarksville, MCGavock, Gallatin 7-6A: Ravenwood, Brentwood, Summit, Indy, Franklin, Overton 8-6A: Houston, Germantown, Arlington, Bartlett, Collierville, White Station, Southwind, Cordova, Whitehaven
  6. Answering this here to bring this thread back up. As far as Oakland goes it's pretty simple, you stop the run you stop Lebanon. Blue Devils really don't have much going for them other than their TB (Edwards)
  7. W-L doesn't tell the whole story. Played the same schedule last year and got to state so I don't think that will be a problem
  8. I did. Looked like you guys are just mad he got the best of you Yet your getting your panties in a twist over something that's completely legal. Be mad at the TSSAA for allowing it if you want. It's completely stupid that this has gone on for almost 10 pages
  9. For using stfu and scumbag, yes they are. If it's cheating, then turn them in
  10. Well I don't go around acting like a internet tough guy so I got that going for me
  11. More like it reveals the character of those making the accusations without merit
  12. I know BPM and he's good people. Pretty far from a keyboard warrior
  13. Using the words scumbag and stfu sounds like a keyboard warrior as well. Every program has advantages & disadvantages, the good ones rise above it and win anyways
  14. Turnovers are a part of the game, Oakland was the beneficiary of some turnovers as well. Hopefully any potential rematch involves dry weather. The defense has def played well the last the last few weeks. They were able to keep Taylor in check for a good chunk of the night. 60% of his yardage for the night came off 2 carries. Run defense will be tested even further this week
  15. Jesus man get over yourself. No wonder everyone hates Huntingdon
  16. As someone that has a decent amount of friends that are coaches I'll say that I don't think a coach has to be a monk to be successful at a place like FC. He would definitely need a partner that understands what she signed up for, all the better if she's actively involved with the program with the 1,000 little things that go on during the year. I think a underrated quality of a coach is efficency. Honestly feel like your not gonna get anymore out of your players in 3 hours that you'd get in 2 hours. Yes, they made a commitment to be on this team but if your practicing till 6:30, it's probably 8pm before they get to any homework. A coach needs to respect his players time as well and make every minute count
  17. Playoff time, lets discuss.... #1 Oakland v. #4 Lebanon #2 Mt. Juliet v. #3 Coffee County #1 Green Hill v. #4 Blackman #2 Riverdale v. #3 Cookeville
  18. For long term success, they're essential. If you were to take a look at every program that seems like they are ALWAYS in the mix, at the very least they work for a administration that doesn't get in their way
  19. Even if they found this, behind every successful program is an administration that makes things easier for the HC. Until they are all in on making FC the best they can be, mediocrity will continue
  20. Not sure what people were expecting when the weather became a factor. Rivalry games are unpredictable enough, throw a consistent rain in the mix and style points are gonna be few and far in bewteen Green Hill did what needed to be done to secure a W. Thankfully this game was played on field turf
  21. Wins over Riverdale and a 5-3 Anna TX team (with their last 2 being against teams with a combined 3 wins) looking pretty good right now. I know you won't respond back though since you only show if Oakland loses
