Great post. Is the hoop fest a TSSAA event, or is this a private tourney? It looks like a pretty cool deal with TCA and USJ hosting the event. A lot of talent in town.

Wow! I did not realize it had been 4 years since they lost a game in Martin... That is a pretty impressive streak. 90% of school can not go 4 weeks! Big shout out to the lady Hornets! Scrappy bunch they are! It is looking like DBurg is going to be a tall tree to climb. Whitehaven and Huntingdon are both good teams.

I have been meaning to do this for a while but I wanted to jump on here and congratulate the PC hot birds on their much earned state title. I was pulling for you boys all the way. I watch y'all play Haywood a few years ago, and watched yall play Milan they year before that. I respect the product that is put on the field. Great team! Again, congratulations!

Haywood always seems to get better as the season gets longer. I think it turns out to be true again this year. However, I think PC is just simply better. PC is one of the few teams in the state that can match up with the hogs up front and match up with the speed and athletic ability on the outside. Also, PC has a great coach. Lastly, I would not be shocked if Haywood won the game. They are a good team with a certain punchers chance.

I wish I could have watched this game live.... Sorry, @CHARGERFAN I knew this was going to be a battle.

Terrible. This the worst thing for me personally. I HATE to hear about about a young man getting hurt playing sports. High school football is football in its purest form, IMO. I hope the young man was not a senior and will come back to play another year... Prayer to a speedy recovery for the young man involved.

This game is hard for me to put my finger on... If, I was going to place a bet, I would pick the Tomcats. However, I would think about it hard.
