McKenzie shot better from 3 than they did from FT line or 2 points what a shooting display - could have beaten any classification team a State like that

Summertown had same thing happen to them in semis of region when they had substantial lead - broken wrist and ACL tear = season over

Cool doesn’t get any better than that / they’ll be seniors before you blink / I’ve still got one grand playing sports at Summertown / my oldest won 1 State my middle won 2 / still miss those days

Good luck may take a while to gel / get a good pitcher and catcher and the rest will fall into place

Summertown doesn’t either we’re at the bottom of class AA in population so I know where your coming from

Probably they take that sport more serious but few other west teams do but even HDon have not made it very far recently but hope you do / we (Summertown) played Gibson Co in Volleyball at state but they had just started and not very competitive

West Tn teams concentrate so much on one sport ( basketball ) they are head and shoulders better than rest of state but are lacking in other sports - don’t remember when they took gold in softball - volleyball - golf etc but kudos to them in basketball

If you go back to my post very early in the year when they beat Summertown & Loretto I said w their coaching and talent they would win it all and I still believe that but time will tell - hope both teams play up to their ability

Haven’t seen Community play but if have some mobile bigs and put pressure on their 3s and have some depth to press full court and handle ball and limit TO and and and and !!!! Lol

The 2 strongest teams in middle Tn had to play Westview and Gibson Co in substate ( thanks to TSSAA ) so left middle Tn w not as competitive teams

Slim and none and slim just left the house

I think they’ll win easy - oh I forgot to say which team

Catie may find a way she’s been there a lot recently and gets teams up for big games ( both playing for 2nd place unfortunately )

Coach T is not on here for personal jabs / let’s keep it about the game the kids deserve that and be positive about them they’ve all worked hard and it’s not life or death

On the other hand big difference in top AA teams at state and some of the other teams there whereas most teams in AAA are very competitive top to bottom

Doesn’t surprise anyone that’s the way TSSAA likes it ( happens all the time STRANG how it works out that way )

Don’t guess 6’1 post and 5’10 wing make much difference

Don’t know Westview beats Summertown if they at full strength but they did what they had to do - now go win it all

I see GP SH Riverside Westview in one bracket that would sound bout the way they’ll draw it up in mean blind draw it

Just the impression of something underhanded or shady when things done behind closed doors - don’t want to inconvenience those in high place might take away from their golf time

Yep same region are in different bracket- it would be much better to be live ( like it use to be ) instead of behind closed doors - invariably one bracket much harder than the other - most time top 2 rated teams play first round ( that’s the way TSSAA likes it )

Loretto might have slight edge playing at home but each teams ability on defensive side will determine this one / Summertown got pitchers chance but after losing their 2 post will be tall task

Summertown lost both post players in one game ( ACL tear - Fractured wrist ) which makes going farther in tournament next to impossible - never heard of 2 severe injuries happening within span of 10 minutes
