Jets football has learned to be more physical as the season has gone on. This should be the jets game to show how far we have come from week 1. Time to show who's bigger, stronger, faster in this game.

Agreed, what the casual fan does not know is how well our strength and conditioning has been. For the first time in a long time we are bigger, stronger, and faster than Stone. We should win the game tonight and start our own streak going forward. Hope they are ready to hand over the trophy tonight. Word on the street is they say they can't find the king of the mountain trophy. Convenient time to lose it, right when we are about to TAKE it.

We got kids in 3rd grade that have never seen the jets beat stone. This is a huge test for barometer of where we really are on this road back. We have one good win (kinda) against Lenoir the rest were scheduled wins. Big game for both sides and just excited to finally be excited for this game again. Jets 24-13

Lenoir beat Stone Monterey beat CCHS CCHS beat Lenoir Stone beat Monterey Who knows.

Monterey was better on Defense than i though. They could not get much going on stones Defense either though. Monterey will do well in their region.

Huge win for the jets this weekend. Very interested to see where we go from here.

Yep, when the poster before me referenced that DT or NT was not a glamorous position. To which I replied tell that to one the highest paid and most known players in the league, Arron Donald. Again, try a reading comprehension course then get back at me.

Some of ya'll can't read so good. lol We were talking about the glamour of the position not comparing the play of the two players and certainly not comparing a HS kid to maybe the best player in the league right now.

We were talking about the recognition of the position, not the body types. Also as previously stated Nolen has been moved to those positions as well

Very good competition for that area of TN but not for what some other top recruits go against. Maryville is the best comp but probably not even talent wise they are just a machine.

Well my main complaint was that he was out of shape. We seem to agree on that. If he is getting double and triple teamed then someone should be freed up to make some plays The elite D line players can run down plays away from them. Again his comp is not that great. Making some plays here and there is not what you usually here from the #1 recruit in the nation

#1 recruit in the nation should be able to cause more havoc on the line. especially going against the comp he does.
