Don’t count out Lebanon. This game will be tighter than many think.

Time to look at the offensive side of the ball and make changes to the coaching staff.

Great job by Lebanon. As I have stated previously, there has been no progress with our offense for the last several years.

I am saddened that Riverdale’s season had to end this way. However, our offense has been lacking for the last few years.

I am hoping we are going to pull this one out tonight, but our offense has struggled all year.

I don’t think the Warriors will take anyone for granted. Lebanon is a good strong physical team.

LA is very talented and aggressive offensively, but CPA is the most physical team that I have seen on both sides of the ball this year. My Warriors are physical on defense, but these cats take it to a new level.

As I recall, Whithaven had to come back in the last 8 minutes of the fourth quarter. Don’t think there was much offense produced on either side.

Not though it is much larger than you are quoting, but the population of TN is now around 6.7 million.

Yes, they did have some talent. However, my point being is that overall there is more D-1 talent in RUCo now then back then.

Don’t soil your pants. I have a right to my opinion, just as you have the right. When you look at the number of D-1 football players now in Rutherford County compared to the 90’s there is no comparison. It is directly related to the increased population.

Not sure what teams you remember, however, I would have to disagree with you on most of the teams. This Oakland team could beat many of the teams you are mentioning. I am a Riverdale Warrior fan, and we never had D-1 talent during the stretches in which you are referencing. Oakland has at least two D-1 commits.

I wouldn’t have mentioned it, but everyone is different. I don’t believe it was done to be malicious.

Yeah, went 9-4 in 2012 and lost to Siegel in the quarter finals.

Riverdale will regroup and finish the season in second place. Not where we wanted to end, but there is still more football to be played.

I am happy for coach Rice and his players.

I think they care about the kid, but they also care about the rest of the kids.

Clock mismanagement did appear to be an issue on offense.

As I recall, Aydelott has some very good teams up to 2014 or 2015. Rankin has been gone 10 years by that time.

Not the ending I wished for, however, it wasn’t a complete disaster. I think we will meet again in the playoffs, and there are some things we both will probably do different. I do think the scoreless second half is more indicative of how close these two programs are at this time. Oakland has some better skilled positions on the offensive side of the ball.

The Warriors have been locked in on this game since the beginning of the season. They will make it about physicality on both sides of the ball.

By the way, Goober. I am a Riverdale fan.
