Not last year. They were all there. They had one lineman that played that was banged up. But they had them all there and they played against us. We should have beaten them worse but the Swafford kid refused to let that happen. All our lineman last year was seniors on offense except one I think.

Last year South Pitt beat Meigs County 27-16 in regular season Peabody beat Meigs County 27-16 in Finals last year. So to say Peabody is just 3 TDs better is not necessarily true. No question Peabody is very good. You don’t win two in a row if your not.

Reason being because south pitt had thought Jasper would play the game that week since they were opened. Go back and read your coaches comments in the paper. He said he let south pitt know early so they could schedule the game with jasper... look, red bank has a great team and definitely could have smacked the Pirates. But that was a game that everybody was looking forward to and it cost the Pirates money at the gate.

Last time I checked red bank cancelled on south pitt... obviously a covid issue, but no way south pitt was dodging red bank. May have gotten beaten but would have cashed in at the gate.

The SR is back starting at QB. and the Jr. will get Reps hopefully also if they get a lead. All this personal stuff you are trying to stir up is crazy. Everyone knows this is Vic’s last year. So your not telling us anything that we don’t know. We know who the coach is gonna be next year and so do our kids. Vic will not start playing mommy ball and he never has. Our kids are working hard just like your kids are working hard up the road. Let’s get behind the kids in each program and stop all this non sense slander on people. Our kids read this non sense. Let’s talk about football and leave people out of it.

That’s right lol... failed negotiations that never ever happened. I can tell you this.. if the guy on our staff decides to turn us down Chris Jones still would never get this job. Never would happen!!!

I just hope our young’s guys get in some tomm night. My son and his friends are hoping to get to play under the lights!

Can guarantee you Chris Jones will not be the Next head coach. He never was a potential candidate. Vic picked his replacement so when he decides to hang it up it will be a smooth transition and kids would already know. Heck my kid is not a very good player yet he already knows who the next head coach is. It’s not secret who the next head coach is and Chris Jones knows it’s not him. The next head coach is on staff unless he decides he doesn’t want it. I’m on the booster club and there is absolutely no truth to those Rumors. Just people making things up. Typical town gossip!

Crow... don’t believe everything you hear... the replacement for the captain whenever he decides to hang it up has already been decided and is a done deal. The real boosters already know who the next coach will be and it will be an easy transition and our kids already know who it is as well. All this other rumor stuff is just that and it’s not true. I have a son on this team and have played For the captain and have lived here my whole life. I’m involved with the booster club and know first hand.

Won’t be no pony up ... the next head coach is done deal and he knows it as well. I’m hearing jasper is gonna bring him in as DC next year. It’s where his kids go.. he’s gotta have a job to flip houses...

If you were told it’s Chris Jones it’s not. Remember him trying to give plays to you Jasper folks after scouting our practice a few years back... Vic will never forget that, Period. Not questioning your coach or fans period. Lenoir City will be able to talk for themselves and say when they were notified. It’s happening all over state. It happened to us here. It’s an entire state issue.

I understand that and I’m not directing it toward anyone, but if you have kids that have symptoms and have gotten tested you know it’s a possibility so why not let other school know that it’s a possibility before game day is all I’m saying. Greenback looks to be off next week so it doesn’t effect them but tonight.

They have had to known before this Morning it was a possibility. You don’t get results same day you get tested. It’s strange how these positives show up day of game or day before.
