Shelbyville is getting better every week and no one has stooped their run game recently. I do believe the Summit QB will be the best player on the field that night but all of Williamson County is having a time with contact tracing so who knows who will suit up by then. Their game this week with Page was canceled. I might have to make that one

Well I'm not sure anyone in 5A competes with Alcoa.

Haven't been able to see Tullahoma play yet this year. They're becoming a must see, I'm definitely going to go over and check them out.

The Wildcats are running through everyone. They're a scary team right now. Can anyone remaining on their schedule compete with them before the playoffs. Nolensville? Nolensville seems down compared to last year and contact tracing has gotten them recently.

I know there's a lot of football to be played but I can't wait for Creekwood/Springfield.

Congrats HC! Statement win and improving each and every week. Well coached and the physicality shows on both sides of the ball. A Beech/HC rematch in the future seems likely.

Man Oakland is a different animal. Brentwood has a really good team this year and is extremely well coached but Oakland and Maryville are on a different level. It's Maryville and Oakland then everyone else.

With the MJ loss Hendersonville is in the driver seat for that region. Always been a fan of what they do and how they do it

That Shelbyville run game is dangerous. Looking at the stats on Digital Scout Shelbyville had 37 rushes for 541 yards. Is that correct? Looks like the QB from Lincoln County had a huge game as well. I like Shelbyville to win that region if they can continue to run the ball like that.

I'm confused by Wilson Central. Lose to Springfield, OK they're a strong, well coached team but BGA. They're way down this year. Then play MJ well and beat Gallatin. Gallatin was better last year but they're pretty dang good. Even though the Gallatin faithful think they're terrible and in shambles. 21-20 WC

Can't wait for this game. Gallatin has played some good teams as of late but none better than HC. Henry County will pull away in the 4th quarter. HC 35-14.

What are they doing?

I read the NW/Summit game recap on Mainstreet Preps and it was 42-0 at half and NW had -16 yards at half. But I think it had more to do with NW than Summit. Summit’s backups didn’t score on NW so maybe they lack depth.

Who really cares about a poll anyway? You can’t honesty think Henry County is being disrespected by some poll...and if they are who cares. The coaches know who’s good and who isn’t, so it doesn’t matter. It will all play itself out. Just keep taking care of business.

Everyone realizes that there’s only been a couple weeks of actual practice to get ready for the season right? So younger/inexperienced players got a fraction of the reps they’d normally get. Give them time.
