I think White's Creek v. Ridgeway. We have had a couple of bad losses to White Station but as we all know anything can happen in a rivalry game. If Anthony Wooten shows up next weekend like he did against Raleigh last night we are going to be tough to beat.

Ya I got a knight stick pulled on me because I was standing outside of my car, and I saw 5 cops sworm and cuff a guy for cussing.

Even though my guys lost it was a great girls and guys game. The only bad part was trying to get out of school with 32 cop cars on the street.

Where are the shelby county teams? Raleigh Egypt, Booker T Washington, Wooddale, Ridgeway??

Memphis student sections are pretty weak. WHite Station and Ridgeway are the only city schools with any sort of student sections. We play friday night, talk about an atmosphere the Ridgeway gym will be rocking.

I dont know where you heard that chant. After the game all the guys ran to the students and we all just started singing "Na Na Na Na".

Last night was the best basketball game I've been to in highschool. Our student section was crazy last night and I think we almost broke our bleachers from jumping to hard. The building was crazy I would like to say thanks to all of the RE fans who made the trip. RE down towards the end looked sloppy and could not hold the ball. I do not expect to see the same outcome when we go to RE but as always Memphis is loaded this year and it will be a fun season.

I think Millington was a turning point. From that game on Scott was a better QB then he was the first few weeks. Hes never going to throw for 200 yards but he has done what he has had to do to win games. Also I think he threw the ball very well last night. I see us getting out of Memphis and going to state.

They got the job done in a tough one. I think Germantown is one of the best teams we will play from the city. We have to move the ball though next week. From what i hear the conditions will be awful friday which sets us up perfectly for Woodale!

First Round: Houston vs. Bolton- Houston wins ugly once again White Station vs. Cordove- White Station wins Woodale vs Millington-If it rains once again Millington well Heck I will just go ahead and say upset special Millington in this one. Gtown vs Ridgeway-Ridgeway wins by atleast 14 Second Round Houston vs. Whitestation- White Station, lighting dosen't strike twice in the same place. Talked to Jeff Link from what I hear will play so it's the Spartans in this one. Millington vs. Ridgeway- Rematch of a very emotional game a pumped up Ridgeway team with A. Crawford will win this rematch by double digits. City Champ Game White Station vs. Ridgeway- This will be by far the most emotional game in the city the entire year. Rivals going at it for a chance to host State semis it dosent get any better then that. Ridgeway's d line and offensive play will tear up the Spartans. I am calling 5 sacks atleast, Link will never see two better D ends in his high school playing time. Crawford will be a mad man and Ridgeway will RUN OVER THE SPARTANS!!

Easily my buddy Josh he is money what can you say! Plus he has ahad the same solid long snapper Jacob Ivy since his freshman year. Great Combination!

Well the guys didn't play good. But hey you have to be glad to come out of that one alive!

Ridgeway will go undefeated no doubt! As far as the reast of the competition in Memphis is concerned Ridgeway and Melrose is it. I have seen CBHS and MUS play a couple of times and they are both very flat. MUS should only have one win due to some home town officiating to beat MBA

There is no way we are number 10 in the state. I believe we have alot to prove and will do that by running the table. Plus We WILL win a state title!!!

I can tell you one thing Ridgeway WILL NOT LOSE tonight. Bolton will not stay within 28 points! Houston might be in for a tough one tonight I am still not sold on how good they realy are. Though Collerville is playing under their potential. White Station could be in trouble

Played a solid game they looked good. Just wait till they get a hold of our rivals White Station on Monday. Won't be close

I comploetly agree but its a common chant in all sports at all leverls its not like we went over the bar and did something outradgeous. Ya the drive home stunk it was long and rainy but I had a great time put 420 miles on the car in a day got to spend time with the rest of the "hennings Homies." Got on tv all in all a great trip. Where was everyone sitting? I was on the front row of the Ridgeway student section in a maroon hat

Ok look Im not a huge fan of those chants but it happens. It was a very frustrating night in which we were verbal gotten onto trying to get into the game as well as after by BA students. These incidents did not bother me but they were often very vulgar and joked about the ethnicity of some of our players. I know there are a few bad apples in every bunch but you need to look at both SS neither is perfect. By the way there were all of 2 maybe 3 vulgar chants at the most. So I think this is all being taken to far. Most of our chants towards officials were "blow the whistle" or "wear your glasses". O and by the way I would hope BA could bring a large number for a home game on ESPN

There were a few dropped calls but I must say Brandon Wright is the most amazing player I have seen. His dunk over a fully extended Earnest was amazing. By the way does anybody have a tape of the game? I was the creater of our student section shirts and I heard they mentioned them in the game I would love to get a copy.

Also they mentioned twice a special thanks to the BA student section but mentioned nothing about myself and the 19 other students from Ridgeway

Can anyone make a tape and mail it to me. I will be at the game and anyone who could would be awesome. When I get back intown I could send you my mailing info.

White Stations Spartan Palace is very large. Last years Ridgeway White Station game fit 4500
