hmmm...maryville and alcoa what have we not done to eachother? one year some1 went to the alcao duck pond and spray painted the ducks red and black ...a few of them died one year some1 burned a big M in the middle of alcoa's field (it was there for a really long time) we have spray painted their bridge red and black. they have painted god knows how many mice maroon and let them loose in our school. and i cant remember what else maybe someone can fill in the rest

Maryville is reputable in both academics and football, in case you were not aware.

MLREB you and i both know this guy doesnt know a single thing about our program. Hes just another jealous mud-slinger trying to make himself feel better about his teams incompetence whoever it may be.

listen up james blount i didnt get on here tellin this guy he was stupid or insulting him, i just tried to give him a little advise. in fact i told him that it is very important to be confident and i was glad that he is. but since you mentioned it if you will look back he did say SD woud beat maryville and play in the playoffs and again i dont mind that he thinks that i hope he does believe it. SD players that read this i hope you know that i was being sincere about all of the above and not trying to be a jerk.

didnt say we didnt get on but we dont get on talking about how good we are, and i never got mad at him sayin his team was good i just tried to explain why it was better to avoid this kind of thing.

oh and just a tip for you SD players I am glad that you have faith in your team because confidence is very important but by coming on to a chat board like this and say letting everyone know you are going to be good puts a big target on your back. why not let everyone think your terrible then come out and prove it on the feild. look at us everyone said maryville was going to have a down year last season none of us got on here and tried to defend ourselves, we just went out and got it done. its better to be under estimated. so let people say what they want in the end it doesnt matter what they think.

you just got done telling someone else not to slam SD players b/c they are kids, they work hard, ect. then in the same paragraph you are going to try and slam me and my team. but since you asked i am proud to say we dont have any problems with that. oh and dont start attacking my team, we have not said a single harsh word involving SD and their team. i take pride in my work so i wouldnt take something that would make me feel cheap even if other people do it. i hold myself and my team to a higher standard.

old dad are you saying that maryville recruits or plays down a class so they can win? also D1 and D1-aa is completly differant from 5a and 4a. if you think for one sec. that the differance in the level of compition is the smae you are sadly mistaken.

while i am not sure if this is the best team we have had in a while i do think it is one of the strongest in comparison to the opponates it will face this year. so best team? no but most domonate maybe. just some questions to ponder who do you think will be starting next to tank in the backfield will it be singleton shuler or mcoy. will burnette become the sole starting quarterback or will he still be rotating with hunt? will anyone be playing both ways.

other than maples wno will be the playmakers?

i am not positive on all the sizes of maryvilles O-line but yes they are small compared to most lines but as it has been said many times "Its not the sizes of the dog in the fight its the size of the fight in the dog" looks like there is a lot of fight in these dogs to me since they have got this far and the RB have been able to put up good numbers this year.

about yalls point spreads how many points do the defenses score?

yea raider 3-5 isnt very common but we have been playing it a lot this year west ran it heritage, powell, and clinton ran it too so its nothing really new for our lineman even though it is a pain since you never really know where those five linebackers are going.
