  1. Kind of a dumb question at this stage when Regional pairings arent even set. But since you asked, here's a list of the teams that could derail the AC express: Austin East Seymour Loudon Fulton Unicoi Elizabethton Claiborne Gatlinburg Pittman Cumberland Gap Pigeoon Forge Any of these teams could beat the Mavs. Not saying they will, but all are capable. Some more than others......beep beep.
  2. Oliver Springs may not have such an easy time in A. A regional final is not guaranteed. Good job Oneida. Roadrunners will miss beating OS in the regional this year. Beep Beep. Loudon thought they were good, until last night.
  3. McNairy got blasted by 20 plus tonight; looks like these bobcats are cooked.....and Thomas aint done yet.
  4. and Loretto fades again into the post-season sunset; if you cant beat "A" schools what makes you think you can beat AA schools come tourney time???
  5. very impressive to lose by five at home, and trail by 14 headed into the fourth??? If thats "very impressive" then I wonder what you will say if they ever win a district game. Loudon is a decent team, but I wouldnt get all gushy over a loss. Beep Beep.
  6. Hargis you and Pres seem to have a two man board going for the mighty Nation. You guys ever think about pming each other? Seems every game/week is the biggest of the year for the Nation. Its kinda funny when you talk up a game that you know your team is going to win by 25 pts plus. We shall see what your bunch has when crunch time is upon them. I know you are a young school but geez, enough of the frosting already........
  7. Tell cole13 good luck Kiki. Crayton can come back from this next year. In the meantime its up to the others to pick up the slack. If you are fortunate to get out of your regional and substate, perhaps you will see our Roadrunners in the Boro. Be careful or you might miss them.........they are fast.........beep beep........
  8. cant spell bump hargis. Let me help you. Bump son bump. Beep beep here come the roadrunners!
  9. Hargis are you obsessed with this thread or what? There are two schools of thought on this issue. Both have their points but in the final analysis its up to the individual player/trainer/coach as to how to handle this issue. So here is a Bump right back at you. Chill son.
  10. If its an ACL injury then she is done for this season. Bad deal for her and her team. She can come back and be a force next year since she's only a junior.
  11. What's the deal with Crayton's injury? With all the McNairy followers posting on here you would think somebody would know her status. The fact that nobodys talking suggests the injury is either still not diagnosed or is worse than first thought. Comments?
  12. I thought she had just hyperextended her knee and would play last night against Camden? Whats the new word on her injury? Are you a player too Kiki?
  13. mcole13: How can you say that silly sophomore? Your team is in the top five in the fans poll and number 2 in coachT's strength poll. Sounds to me like they are getting plenty of respect. What was your point?
  14. Careful now devilFanatic. Last year you were singing much the same tune in AA and we all know what happened to your beloved Dee-vils. Fell flat and hard when it counted. Now I would say they are one of several teams that are favorites to make the final eight this year. But they are beatable. Ask Uppermanx2.
  15. Upperman, Westview and McNairy County are the top three at this point in my opinion. Next group would have Austin East, Loretto, Harpeth, York. Then, not particularly in order, DCA, Milan, Ezell Harding, Gibson County, Elizabethton Claiborne County, Livingston Academy, and Lipscomb. That'll be my top 15. Several teams not on the radar may make some noise by seasons end. In my part of the woods I know of three teams that no one will want to play in late Feb: Seymour, Loudon and Anderson County. Any of these three could end up in a substate game.
  16. turtle, I usually only read this board but your posts on this topic have caused me to voice my complaints about your lack of sportsmanship. AE is a proud athletic program that does not need nor request your voice to validate. Yes there was a slight lack of sportmanship last night when McMahan got hurt. It was fairly minor but it was there. You only magnify it by coming on here today and running your mouth about the game, coaching issues, how overrated MH is, how great the roadrunners and your kid played (and they did play well). You embarress AE fans by your behavior. Put a sock in it. Let the play do the talking.
