CAK in this one,they are battle tested.The district they play in has landminds all through it that can get u but they got through them all but one .Even that one,they maneuvered almost to the end on.Great night for football.

scott plays eight both ways with some subbing on the line.I am pulling for scott but they struggle stopping the run.I am thinking the hibbet kid will have a big night,so will scotts offense answer the bell.We will see,GO SCOTT !!!!!

ShockerO....Oletiger...After the game tonight go over to COACH BURCHFIELD and his gang of tiger teeth extractors and slap them on the back for holding the high output offense u say u have below their normal abillities. 1-If the post player from campbell co. is a go at jellico, they will be the best team in this district. 2-3-? Wartburg and Oneida will be in a fight for second with a nod to wartburg on the coaching side.3-4-5-! Sunbright and Oliver springs battle for fourth but sunbright may be able to squeeze in to a snug three spot if point guard has a big year. 6-7-! Coalfield and Oakdale needs to get their programs off the building block stage and start playing district tipe ball. This is my view of the district but you have to play the games and you never no what might happen.It is a long season of maybies and what ifs.

This game will be more even than the CAK fans think.Alcoa is an impressive team in every aspect of the game.Their abillity to strip the ball from a carrier was unreal.That really hurt the highlanders.Scott's D is better than most teams give them credit for.If scott can get their O back in gear .this game will be close in the fourth quarter.That is when the small number of highlanders begin to get tired and may struggle in the end.Hope for a good game with no injuries.

Good game for the indians to restore some of their confidence and start the second half of season on the positive.

I was told the allen and hutson kids were at tusculum but could not walk on until next year because of a big freshman class this year.

Scott will not lay down for alcoa but along with all the championship trophies,alcoa is very impressive.

I will say that coach Henry will have his boys ready for battle but Oliver Springs will be a little to strong for Coalfield this year.

Will the coachs stay with the freshmen and sophmors at reciever spots or will they start useing some of their juniors with massingale and a senior or two.That might stop some of the offensive mistakes.

Seen kingston play and harriman showed they could play with a strong team like kingston so i will say harriman by 10 but i am pulling for the DAWGS.

SCOTT IS A YOUNG TEAM AND THE MAKE UP GAMES WERE A GOOD THING FOR THE YOUNGER PLAYERS.IF I PLAYED THAT GOOD FOR THREE YEARS FOR MY HIGHSCHOOL I WOULD HOPE MY COACHES WOULD SEE AS A SENIOR THAT I WAS THAT CLOSE TO SOME RECORD AND I HAD DEDICATED ALL FOUR YEARS OF MY HIGHSCHOOL TO THIS PROGRAM TO HELP ME IN THAT SMALL WAY SEEMS TO ME,THE ONLY THING TO DO.THIS GIRL IS THAT GOOD AND THAT TALLENTED,JUST WISH SHE WAS TALLER.THEY START TWO SENIORS , A SOPH. AND TWO FRESHMEN.THEY DIDN'T ADD EXTRA GAMES JUST MADE UP FOR CANCELED ONES.THAT SEEMS A SMALL THING FOR A PLAYER WILLING TO STICK IT OUT FOR A TEAM THAT HAS STRUGGLED LIKE THIS PROGRAM HAS DURING HER 4 YEARS THERE.THEY DIDN'T LOOSE ALL THOSE GAMES OVER THE SPAN OF HER 4 YEARS BECAUSE THE COACH WENT TO HER ONLY.THEY JUST DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TALENT TO PUT WITH HER.
