  1. Don't drink and post.... Let that be a lesson to you youngsters.....
  2. 1A South Pittsburg 42 Fayetteville 14 2A Meigs County 24 Peabody 28 The 2A pick is for Logan's Dad who told me to keep picking against them on Twitter....
  3. I'd split the difference and say 20 yard line. The 25 yard line gives a team with a stud kicker a much bigger advantage. Most small schools are lucky to have a kid that can hit a 30 yard field goal, let a lone a 42 yard field goal. If you start on the 20 and move the ball say 5 yards... Then it's still a makeable field goal for many teams.
  4. Looks like I'm already eliminated in both. Appreciate that butt whippin boyz....
  5. TC got me last night. I got the rest, but pretty sure I'm out of the running now.
  6. I'll be attending this one fellas. Look forward to seeing all the CoachT regulars for each team. I'll have my FME hat and sweats on, so by all means hollar at me if you see me on the sideline. Love meeting new high school football fans and seeing old friends!
  7. I didn't mean anything by the reply. Just saying, I've picked you guys 95% of the time I've picked games. Fitzgerald is my dude. You should like it when I PICK you guys to win...
  8. I did say I think it will be a one score game. Boldin is an excellent Coach! He hasn't sent me a nice hat in the mail though.....
  9. Very rarely do I pick against you, partner. So I'm not sure what your basing that off of. At any rate, the Creekbank is an advantage and it's that advantage I'm basing the pick on. These teams play 10 times on a neutral field I could see it 5-5.
  10. Holdmeyer is a big kid with a strong arm. He's their "passing" QB. Moore County did a nice job against their pass as White and Cashion played lights out Friday NIght. I thought Coach Morson made the call of the night bringing Graham Pace in and running strictly Wildcat for a long time consuming drive early in the 4th quarter. I think it was 26-21 at the time and Moore County had taken over momentum prior to that change behind center. The most notable difference to me between the two teams was speed. Fayetteville has a ton of it. Moore County also has some speed, but not all over the field like City did. I thought Coach White and his staff had a great game plan coming in. Fayetteville ran a fake punt 40 something yards for a TD in the first half and that was another momentum killer for the Boys in Blue. Both teams played well and I came away impressed with all. I thought Kyler Parker did an excellent job keeping MC in the game. Kid is very talented and plays with alot of heart. Coach White's youngest son is bad to the bone! Look for him to be a standout next year.
  11. South Pitt vs Fayetteville Trousdale County vs Peabody (both 2A Semi-final games with be single score victories)
