Looks like they will breeze through their schedule and have no test to get ready for the State. This area is pretty weak right now. Maybe the Seneca Valley Pa. Xmas tourney will challenge them.

looks like SH Defense is letting up going in the tournament not a good sign to let them triple their score from previous meeting. It don't look good not staying sharp it will come up to bite-em in the long run.i

The last 2 players on SH bench did not play until the 4th quarter per Tri Cities Sports. My thinking is this , play as hard as you can while you are out there. If you are up over 50 at half, let your bottom 5 , who work hard everyday in practice start the 2nd half. They are your future players. SH could have scrimmaged their 2nd team and kept sharper for the State tourney. Yes Davy Crockett is #A school but it is a county school out in the country with the population of the school spread out. This is truly a extracurricular activity for their girls , they do not spend every extra minute of summer playing on travel teams and going to player/shooting clinics. Just think games like this you can reward your players that ride the bench and bust their tails in practice with a start at 2nd half when you are up by 50 or more.

Who knows anything about the Bradshaw girl playing for Boone now. What grade is she currently in and did she transfer from Unaka or Cloudland. Seen where she had 23 in a game with 6 three's..... just wondering the circumstances.

Boone and Crckett are both 1 and 0 how long has it been since this happened.

That is A great stat averaging 333 K's per year!!!!! especially considering 7 innings X 3 outs per inning = 21 potentaial K's per game.... 21 X say 30 games a year is 630 possible K's not counting some mercy rule games with 4 inning games that take potential K's away. Best of luck in the State.

I think they win out in the regular season, last game with Bristol will be tough but it's at home and it's Senior night, everyone should be ready. Should win at least 2 in playoffs and then who knows. It will be more about match ups then.

Teams DB has played records are 20 wins and 7 loses. Teams South has played are 11 wins and 15 loses. DB opponents Knox Farragut 4 -1, Clinton 6-0, D Boone 4-1, Seveir Co. 6-0 and Sull Central 0-5. South opponents Knox West 1-4, Gate City 4-1, D Boone 4-1, Greenville 2-3 and Sull. Central 0-5. Db has played a tougher Schedule but South has fared better aganist common opponents Boone and S. Central. Should be a close South win.

Yeah, I think this is going to be the game that gets South over the hump and make them the TEAM in NET. It has been mostly Db & THS but the last 2 years and after getting over this 1 and 4 road bump Friday the Rebels will be the TEAM evrybody is shooting at.......35 to 14. Buckle up because I think it's gonna be a long time before South loses to DB as long as Carter is there...

I think the South/West game will be low scoring , the South D will be solid and eke out a 14 to 0 victory. They may not be many O's to score on them this year......... one solid defense. As long as the turnover margin is equal that score should stand .

Unicoi has a strong rising Junior pitcher in Kara Woods, although their 4 seniors that graduated all got schollys. So they were a big part of the state champ run, they will miss them.

The U won the State in 2002 you cannot win it every year you even said your team has not been in 2 years...Looks like your living vicariously through GoodPasture...

Way to put a big EXCLAMATION POINT to a great year I'm sure Ali was MVP have not heard but she should be ....but all year long great team spirit and team effort. With Kara being a sophmore and GP's pitcher a sophmore I would'nt be surprised if the same match up happens next year....anyway enjoy this one it's great win.....SWEET....now go celebrate............

2 very evenly matched teams, i know the U has had better teams and deeper and GP probably has also....but this is now and that was then... one of these 2 will have to want it more and may the best win....

Unicoi and GP commom opponents (Elizabethon aand Station Camp) U beat Eliz 16-0 and 7-0 in district and beat Sta. Camp 3 to 1. GoodPasture beat Eliz 8-0 and Sta. Camp 12 to 1 and 3 to 2.

Baxter is a great coach but they also have great little league programs, top notch they do their weekend games on the local radio stations do not know any other place that does that and their LL coaches take it very serious..By the time their players get to HS they're ready.

Will district 1 (NET) have any D1 schollys this year??? Talking Big east and MLC
