I was told that Koeneman was pitching for Seymour. Don't know who SD will have on the hill. Even though district tournaments are coming up, this is still a huge rivalry game. I look for both teams to give all they have to win.

Chad Bell is a good pitcher, but he may not completely shut down the Eagles. They are a very legit team this year with great hitters. South Doyle has a game cut out for them.

Boy was I wrong, Chad Bell did shut down the Eagles. He held them to 1 run in 6 innings work. Nice job, Chad. Final score of 8-1, South Doyle pulls this one out in a heated rivalry between these two schools.

What can I say - Chad Bell was awesome! The next in line in the legacy of left handed pitchers at South Doyle. Bell will be a 1st round pick in the MLB draft in 2 years if not sooner!

Bell pitched an excellent game and Hawn had a great game hitting as did several other players. I think this is a better "team" than last year. Good luck to the Kees in the tournaments.
