Springfield has several players to watch for this year and down the road this bunch is some of the most athletic young men the Jackets have had since about 02 & 03.

J.Utley #33 LB/RB

Josh Bey #4 OLB/WR/ATH

M. Turnley #23 LB/DL

W. Chatman #20 TB/DB

J. Hilliard # 11 WR/DB

k. Jackson # 3 WR

These kids have talent that can make it on D-1A to D-1AA levels you will be seeing these names and several other SHS athletes on signing day this year and years to come

I gotta add Sheffield from Beech I believe he will have a banner year.

Sheffield was good. but not good enough to be a top player. I mean hes a running back and he didnt even go over 65 yds. against Kenwood. Or does that mean Kenwood's defense is just great. They must be great. But as a team you'll got us this year. But next year expect another good game going the other way. Oh Nick Muldrow thats a bad boy. Thats who people need to watch. #34 one of the best recievers on the high school level.

I was going over the schedule and it looks like the jackets are going to run into the wood. UH OH! I feel sorry for your QB. Theres this 1 guy I forgot his name..... RICKY LUMPKIN whose gonna put a hurting on him. Along with the best D-Line in TN. So don't be surprised if he is laying on his back. Kenwood has got some players of there own. Like

#34 Nick Muldrow 5 TD catches, 2 ret. TDS, and 3 INTS WR

# 7 Ed Wilkins 11 total TDS, and over 750 total yards QB

# 23 Chris Denton over 75 tackles and over 250 total yards LB

# 68 Shane Lattimore over 65 tackles and a blocking machine. 0 sacks allowed DT

# 24 Michael Forrest 3 INTS in 1 game, 2 TD catches, and over 35 tackles CB

# 21 Anthony Hawley over 400 total yards and 40 + tackles HB
