According to the Camden Lions website, he needed 66 yards to pass Eric Westmoreland for 8th all-time. I heard he had over 250 against Stewart Co. friday, so he should be 8th now.

Congrats to Josh...he's a truly unselfish player that does whatever is necessary and makes sacrifices for the team, not to make himself look better or to earn praise but to help out his team. We are so proud to see his name on the list because he worked hard for every yard!!

sorry to have to tell you this , but josh moved past westmorlin to take over 8th place . if he has another big year, it is possible for him to move into the 7th position

yes sir you are correct, but given that josh has AT LEAST 7 more games , he has a really good chance to pass the next 2 on the list

He sure does have a chance to move up two more spots. But you said he passed Westmoreland into 8th. He's currently in 9th, which is what I was pointing out.

I was looking down thru this list and there are several that I was fortunate enough to get to watch play including Josh Boyd who is a running back's running back. He is a good one for sure. I was especially interested in #6 though. Jeff Womack (who I didn't see play) from Warren Co. rushed for 6450 yards in TWO seasons????? Is that a typo or a record for Ripley's Believe It or Not?????

I think it must be a typo, because they have him listed as gaining something like 2,500 yards in one season which means he would have had to gain 4,000 in another to get that total.

 

Like Gerry Bertier said, I'm not real sure how updated/accurate all those records on their website are.

I actually think everybody on that list except for fleming should be moved down one notch, because i'm not sure if there is some reason or not but none of Adrian Jamison's, from bruceton, records are on the TSSAA web site, and i'm pretty sure he would be at least second on that list. he played three years ago.
