i have played both teams .livingston is a better. livingston is big and can wear you out. they run right at you or vertically. ae is small, not really finesse but they dont wear you out.

la by 14 if and only if they play hard like theyve been playing. ae is no joke, they mean business because they have something to prove.

Wow, you must not know what team you're talking about LA scoring those TD's on. You better ask somebody about AE's defense...

let's go AE, they're playing you weak just like SC did.

LA is not Scott Co. and AE will find that out real quick. Everybody over here knows that AE has speed and we respect that. But AE better be prepared for the smashmouth football style that LA plays. If and it's a big if. If LA can avoid the big play against them then AE is in for a long night. LA is going to simply run right at you with Vaughn- Jones LaRue and Cates and Co. Strap up AE it's going to be a WAR!!!

They'll know you're not SC. I'm saying though, SC fans were saying the samething about their backs just running it down AE throats. AE stepped up and shut that down. AE's defense is well capable of taking you out of the Run game is that's what you like doing.

I'm not going to do so much trash talking this week because this will be my first trip to LA(if I decide to go I'm debating on the Maryville at Central game or taking the long bus ride to LA). What can I expect from LA? Where's the best place to eat before the game? How big is your stadium?

What to expect from LA is you will be treated just like any other team that comes here. And that is a safe and friendly football enviroment. I think the visitors side will have more than enough room to accomodate the AE fan fare.. Livingston is a small town with your usual fast food rest. Come on over and watch a real good High School game.

    • Sorry Barn. I wasn’t specific enough. It seems I’m always protecting the principal at 825. My interactions with her have been extremely positive, but very limited. With all the other stories being told, I’m confident there are other sides I am not aware of. Regardless, there are lots of decent people earning good checks up there. Maybe too good, which explains why no one is willing to speak up. My beef is with the poor communication among the athletic programs and with the administration. Seven years ago the poor communication led to my son missing graduation due to a sporting event that was planned months before. I chalked it up to the system being totally shocked that the baseball team made it out of their district, and our then AD was a football coach. Maybe they were surprised and did not plan appropriately. That was more palatable than they just didn’t give a crap. Déjà vu, seven years later, same thing. Different administration, but same result.  Maybe in seven more years, it will actually be “about the kids”. They should do better.
    • That's a fair line. But if it's not over, that's a big problem.
    • RR, you think that changes this year, or at least improves? I know they had a couple of talented young receivers last year that made some plays later in the year. Defensive back was a struggle against any team that was above average at throwing the ball.
    • You would think they got a bunch of interest
    • You would think with football just three months away more would be talking. There's only so much a person can say about someone allowing the field to get painted without asking their boss who would have said ((((((((  ALE NO ))))))))) or all the other BULLS#!T they've done as they lead Maryville High into the new age of WOKE in a conversative town. I'm ready for some football news without hearing something coming out of 825 that Power Munger has done to cap off the week.
