All you Powell people have done all preseason is tell everyone how great Powell was going to be. It must be a waste of talent. As far as any specifics I'm sorry, I work on a fee basis. if you want my input you'll have to pay me.

one thing that has been the undoing of powell is having the balls to play the schedule we've played. Who can say that they have beaten this year's Webb team. Is Mccallie an easy game especially on the road? What about Maryville on the road yea i guess thats an easy W for everyone, ask alcoa how good maryville is. And farraguts is a quality football team im sure central can attest to that. Now are those the type of teams you have to beat to win state championships, yes. Does that mean that with the talent powell has that they no longer have a chance to win a state title, no it doesn't. The panthers are still 1-1 in the grand scheme of things with that one loss coming to Maryville. Big games coming up against SD Halls Central West and Clinton all of those games are games that i personally believe Powell can win.

What a great post. Your last sentence, I think, says it all. Games that Powell CAN win. How many will they win is the great question. IMO they won't be better than 6-4.

Your coach made the schedule. The region games are always their, but the nonregion games are his choice. Don't blame the woes on schedule making - blame it on players not produceing when it is time.

Can't wait for the battle of Emory Road to see how your boys do against my DEBILS. Cause we gonna kick some but. WE CAN DO IT ALL NIGHT LONG.
