My daughter also recd. a pretty nice rug burn from it.

I saw several games on the turf and there appeared to be a number of players slipping on it. I don't know if it was the players wearing the studded cleats vs. the blades that had problems or what. But more importantly it seemed to me that I saw more stuck cleats, where a leg or ankle gets caught in an odd position. Could all be my imagination because I for 1 didn't like the turf (granted a whole lot better than last year), but soccer should be played on grass (note I said grass not mud).

Unless there's a stadium remotely the size of Finley, hopefully not.

siegal high school not i size of finley but i enjoyed games the 4 times i was there this year there never going to be more then a 1000+ people at a soccer game so a smaller setting might be great

I heard that TSSAA was going to set a min. size field to host region or Sectional games. Is there any truth to this and if so has anyone heard the size?

I understand that Baylor's field is very nice. For what it's worth I know the FRA teams like going to Chattanooga....they see the rip as a reward for getting to state.....something in the Nashville area would not have the same special appeal...but getting to State is always great, no matter where. The Chattanooga venue is somewhat central.
