I hope ya'll do good against Collinwood. I also hope your player is better soon. It stinks to have a player out. It does make a lot of difference. Our team has struggled without Kristal. It makes a world of difference when she's playing. Luckily we have a pretty balanced team including Weatherly, Dabbs & Leegan, and Treadwell has been playing really well. So we've won a few and lost a few, but our toughest competition is yet to come. Keep us posted on the Collinwood game!

THanks for the encouragement!! We really appreciate that!! I hope ya'll get Krystal back soon, keep playing hard and good luck in the rest of the season!!! :thumb:

I stand by what I say--Krystal will make a big difference in the district race. The game with SHS would have been much different had she played. If she is on the court that night there is no way SHS wins at PC by 15. As I say, I hope PC does something with Collinwood--they are really looking like the team to beat right now after the big win at S'town.

I don't think so. I've seen her talking to scouts at some of the games. I know they came to watch her a couple of times when she didn't get to play. Hopefully she can show them that this injury has not affected her ability to play in the upcoming games.

what colleges are interested? How seriously? how interested is she in any of them?

I agree Krystal is a fun player to watch - and will have an impact on the District race. But to set the record straigt - she did play in the S'town - PC game at PC.

Krystal did play, but was only about 60%. She came back too soon and that is what re-injured her ankle. Maybe she'll be 100% when we play again. Also I know Freed is very interested in her, but I wish she would go to a state school. She has so much talent, and would be amazing to watch on TV. It's all up to her though and wherever she wants and feels comfortable going. I guess we shall see.

    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
    • He was a bruise but Aaron Dykes is HVA’s best RB ever.
    • I am talking about what they both did for their team. They both carried their team for four years while they were both there. I wasn’t really comparing them that would be unfair. Bishop is on a level of his own.
    • Dorian Eskridge had a great Junior year, highlighted by a great game to lead HVA to an upset win at OR that year. I think that was 2010. In 2011 OR won at HVA. OR had a real good QB that year l think. Dorian Eskridge had a great senior year also. He always played hard from the DCM videos l saw.
    • It seems we lost a ton to graduation. We shall see how it shapes up for 2024.
