I wasnt there, but from what the paper said...the Warriors were hitting everything. Made 10 3's....You cant let a good shooting team like Hunters Lane have that many open looks.

They seem to really play bad against team with strong guard play. i.e. siegel and HL. can't explain it. disappointing to say the least..........

HL controls its own destiny. they have a two game lead over WC. they swept the season series owning any tiebreaker.

When HL is energized, they are tough to deal with.

Their press gives them energy. Even when you break it, the tempo is increased and the pace is faster. In an uptempo game, HL is tough.

 

Even though I'm a HL fan, I still believe WC is a better half court team. WC has much more size and post presence. All HL has is Henley, and he's really a guard or wing but is forced to play the post at 6'3.

 

Why did Gershom Jordan play only 3 minutes?

He is who killed us last year in the region.

coach seems to think he won't be effective against the fast pace game. however he would not be stopped on the other end...........

 

good question. seems to me you would make HL play your game, not play their game. we can't beat them at their game. then make the shooters put the ball on the floor and drive to the basket(where jordon would be if he's in the game). HL loves the 3 ball. they live and die by it. unfortunately for the creek HL has been on from 3 land.
