jrm2x
4-5 at the end of the first quarter isn't defense, it's bad shooting. RE shot 25% in the first half? Defense? ok then lets see what grace shoots vs either of these teams then
Grace Golden Eagles
ok then lets see what grace shoots vs either of these teams then I've got a better idea, let's see what Grace shoots against A competition and AAA schools shoot against AAA competition. I'm pretty sure that the level should be about even. Anymore moot points you would like to address?

Theres no way that Twilley is 6 foot. Hes shorter then Tyler Cutter whos 5'11. MSU was a top 25 team the past 2 seasons. If strong defensive efforts is boring then I see your point. Every shot was contested in the first qtr. causing the low score. To me that is what I call good Bball. sreed, glad you see things through the eyes of a coach....poor offenses is often the result of good defense. 4-5 at the end of the first quarter isn't defense, it's bad shooting. RE shot 25% in the first half? Defense? a team shoots 25%, theat typically means good defense, if it wasn't the % would be closer to 100%

A scrimmage last year or the year before where you scrimmaged siegel and lost by 30-40 shutup your nowhere near the level of AAA

That is a LIE.Guess a former GRAD ASSISTANT would be bias towards them. MSU has been to the final four, won couple of SEC regular season titles, a couple of more sec tourney titles in the last 7- 10 years. They also have gordon and the delks to lead a nice young nucleus of players that replaced several senior starters from the year before led by roberts

Anymore moot points you would like to address? those low %'s were created by fast, long athletic defenders, something you would do good to have 1 or 2, who were making a conscious effort to not give up any easy looks. Good luck in your final today
randymc
25% is more than good defense. Yep, it's GREAT defense. That is a LIE.Guess a former GRAD ASSISTANT would be bias towards them. Must be fairly new to this game called basketball: 2002-2003 MSU 21-10 1stround NCAA 1pt loss to Butler (Butler advanced to sweet 16) 2003-2004 MSU 26-4 2nd round NCAA loss to a team they had beaten once in the regular season xavier (Xavier advanced to the elite 8 and was 3 points away from beating Duke). 2004-2005 MSU 23-11 2nd round NCAA loss to a team you might have heard of and they lead late in the game, Duke. Bottom line, MSU is no slouch, or improving, this was a down year...they'll be back.
