After seeing these 3 in the state tourny who do you think is the best or is going to win Mr. Basketball? Right know i think Stewart is the best but I don't think I have seen the best of Jeremy Williams yet.

 

Stewart- 23 pts game, 7.3 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 3.3 steals a game.

 

White- 21 pts game, 4.2 rebounds, 4.1 assists, 1.5 steals a game.

 

Williams- 18 pts game, 9.5 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals a game.

granted i am a little biased because stewart is a friend of mine, but i would still say he should take it in a tight race. with out williams hamilton would still be a contender but without stewart shebyville wouldf have no chance, hes a consistent 25 point scorer and dropped 41 on a tought defensive team in columbia. he also had 31 on the juggernaut brentwood academy

Barry Stewart is Mr. Basketball class AAA. Very deserving of this award. Outplayed the other finalist from Hamilton hands down. As I have said before a super young man very desrving of this award. Just shows what hard work can do for you as a player. Congradulations Barry you've been a tremendous representative of the town of Shelbyville the last 4 years. Good luck in your choice of colleges.

I taped all of the games today while I was watching the NCAA Tourney. I just got through watching all 3 of the games.

 

Barry Stewart impressed me a whole lot. Him and that other guard were great. I never saw a better guard tandem in high school. I see why Shelbyville beat Brentwood Academy and nearly beat Hamilton.

 

If UT doesn't get Ramar Smith maybe they need to take a good look at Stewart. He had ice water in his veins hitting those 3 free throws to force a 2nd overtime.

Congrats to B-Stew.Very well deserved.He is a stud. It said on tv his only offers where mtsu,Austin Peay and Eastern Kentucky.ALl are good programs but i dont see what else more there is to look for besides him. There must be some freakin animals out there somewhere.
