Does anybody know anything about or have a scouting report on these 11u teams:

Shelbyville Sports Shop

TN Express

TN Storm

Memphis Elite/Tigers

Southern Starz

TN Lady Trotters

Louisville Jaguars

TN Pearls

CDF-Fever

TN Stars

TN Ladies/Elite

Lady Falcons

TN Top Guns

TN Voyagers

The best ones in that list, based on what I can remember from last year's 10U AAU Season are:

Tennessee Express (finished T13 at 10U Nationals)

Memphis Elite/Tigers

Tennesssee Lady Trotters

CDF - Fever

Tennessee Ladies/Elite

Tennessee Top Guns

The Southern Starz are probably pretty decent from out of Alabama. The Louisville Jaguars are not usually very strong in this age group, but I really don't know that much about this group other then they are out of Kentucky.

The winner of this tournament should be either the Tennessee Ladies/Elite, Tennessee Express, or the Memphis Elite/Tigers.

memphis elite lost their two best players to the FCA lady eagles.

the lady trotters disbanded after their first tourney.

top guns are basically the same team from last year (great guard play, nothing down low)

cdf- running wild-street ball bunch, better wear your protective gear

ladies- took a beating in the xtreme tourney from several teams

express-beat us last year in SRT by one-no excuses but they shot 34 free throws to 0 for us ???? how do you play 10u game without any free throw attempts.

I won't comment on any of your observations above except the one that relates to my team, the FCA Lady Eagles. We have no players that played for the Elite or W TN Tigers last year. As a matter of fact, we kept all 9 of our girls that wanted to play and added 4 new girls that didn't play on any AAU team that went to State last year. Not sure where you got your info., but it is woefully inaccurate.

The Express seems to be able to win games by wide free throw margins.Against the CDF Fever the Express outshot them by 35 free throws.

The CDF is the bunch of young girls that are playing basketball just like everyone else. When were playing basketball we also need to put on our protective gear. Every team that was there at Shelbyville was just as wild or wilder then our girls. I don't appreciate our team being called wild and a bunch of street ball players. They are young African American girls playing Basketball.

While everyone is getting on 'jackass' for his bad information, I'll say that the jab at the referees was not correct either. I checked last years Super Regionals and there were no close margin games against the Tennessee Express, especially by 1 point.

'jackass'......where are you getting your information.....this is 3 people correcting your mistakes. If you don't know the facts, maybe you should not post.

:DThere may not be close point games, but what I've noticed the past 2 years, the TN Express are the recipients of "home cooking, in their Hometown". They get other teams in foul trouble very early in the game, I mean, in 1 and 1, situations. It is very unlikely, highly unlikely, that a group of girls at that age level, can play the "perfect game" and not commit any shooting fouls against the other team. I imagine if a film of the game was shown to a truly "impartial" group of referees, the outcome would be completely different. I advise my daughter, not to be concerned with "adults" that undermine other children to elevate their children. Basketball should be fun and also teach life skills but, when playing against the TN Express, basketball is not fun, and the only life skills taught, is that life is still unfair and one-sided. Children who are not allowed to "struggle" a little and experience a little hardship, will have difficulty when the real world doesn't serve "home cooking".

'luvofthegame' you have to be kidding......all of the comments were referring to games played in either Shelbyville or Murfreesboro, which TN Express is from neither, so how do you call that "Home Cooking". I've also watch this team the past 2 years and I would call it well taught fundalmental basketball. Even 'ptguard12' pointed out that this team finished tied for 13th in Nationals last year......do you really think "Home Cooking" got them that far????

    • Gleason all over west Carroll in scrimmage. Gleason is big and fast
    • Defending 2A state Champs Westview Lady Chargers are pretty tough. They lost a bunch of production off last year's squad but returned some talent as well. They still McCall Simms, a Tennesseee Lady Vol softball commit as well as solid talent around the diamond. I dont think they are as good as last season but they will definitely be a tough out. Huntingdon Lady Mustangs seem to be pretty stout as well. Don't know much about Riverside other than Westview defeated them earlier in regions. West Tennessee softball is pretty solid all around id say.
    • Eagleville couldn’t catch up to Jones, he did have his location issues but in that game Eagleville popped up everything and the one hit they did have could have been ruled an error. Jeffcoat was a lot sharper in the beginning of the season last year than the end. ER ran out of pitching and still was in striking distance but none the less the better team one. Last seasons tournament was A LOT more balanced and talented. South Pitts starter is a Lefty who was low 80’s but couldn’t maintain his velo throughout the  outing, their #2 was more impressive last year, we knocked him around this year and his mph was down some. Their #3 isn’t bad neither, throws a lot of strikes and sits high 70’s.
    • He actually had a really solid spring.  I could see him getting some backup snaps on offense and be a regular on special teams.  Really athletic kid who can run.
