Baylor-McCallie rematch should take place a week from next Tuesday at Mccallie. Assuming they both win out, they will play for the region championship and both go to state.

Friday's game:

McCallie 3

CCS 1

CCS has had some big wins lately but also have struggled with injuries. They won't want to jeoperdize getting someone hurt before post season starts next week so the coach my rest some people.

I doubt CCS's coach will rest anyone in this game unless they are seriousy hurt. They would love to do well in this game to badly to do that. Anyway there is no team at this time of the year that also does not have players hurt...just part of the game. I pick McCallie 3-0 in this one. Also are you sure about the Baylor vs McCallie rematch a week from Tuesday. I know that Baylor has to beat Webb to advance...that game is next Thursday at Baylor. Does anyone know for sure about the possible Baylor McCallie rematch?

Come on Coniglio, don't you have any confidence in your boys.

Nice race today.

I wouldn't expect that the CCS/McCallie game will be a high scoring game but I expect it to be a good one. Both teams have a lot of quality players but I think that the McCallie bench is stronger and that might be the difference. Last year's game was a real nailbiter, this year's might be the same.

On the Bayor/McCallie rematch, let's hope that it happens. Webb does have a quality team but in my opinion is slow in the back especially wide. It would be great to see both Baylor and McCallie in the state tournament. Hopefully one of them will knock off CBHS to either get to or win the Championship. I think that they CBHS is the team to beat. We'll see.
