it was great that the east section kind of closed the gap on the middle this year in distance but the west got even worse which i wasnt sure was possible but apparantly it is. the west needs to get better quick cuz its just unfair to the rest of the state for them to be going to state with times like these

the west's 800 times werent that swift either, the top 6 from from middle tn all ran faster than the west's champion

yeah i noticed that 2 put i didnt wanna pull those times out cuz i think they were about the same or faster than the easts times and they werent completely awful like the other 2. the champ in the west of both the 32 and 16 wouldnt even come close to scoring a point in the middle. in the 32 hed be almost 30 seconds away from just getting a point. having said that the frayser guys might end up running 435s at state and a 1005 or something like that cuz they finished 8 and 9 at state in xc. they might have just been running to get to state and didnt really care how bad the time was

my entire distance team can run sub 4:53 and 10:47

I know :lol::lol:

The top 8 (There were probably more but that's all I can find in the results) are way ahead of this 10:47 (28 ticks or so).

Then what scares me is the EAST (not dissing us we just aren't as good) has 7 under 10:47. And that was in a 30 MPH headwind/crosswind.
