Something odd in Single A

f Summertown can win its sectional game, then we are assured of something happening in single A that hasn't happened in 8 yrs.... a public school winning the championship.

 

The multiplier system appears to have given public schools a better chance of advancing...

 

That being said....predictions on the single A champion?

 

 

All of you public school people got your wish ... a watered down state tournament

If you think single A is watered down more power to you. I guess you must feel superior.

Not watered down just a little more equal. I wish they would go to 5 classifications like football. This would give smaller schools a better chance to have some success. Look at the schools that were in A last year without the multiplier that have made it to the playoff and are still in the playoffs this year in AA. Goodpasture to name one. You can't tell me you think it is fair to have schools like them playing in A.
