I was wondering the same thing. Isn't Santini's last name something like Southnah? He plays soccer, and I was pleased with several of his attempts late in the season.

 

Yes, wingman ....our regular kicker Jatoree, quit about halfway thru the season last yr. It def hurt us.

Yes...special teams is always a major factor...inproving the kicking game and special teams will win more games

As someone who watched most of the games the last two years I can say without a doubt the Youree was better as a sophomore than as a junior. I also think that Burnett tended to force things to Youree and he won't be able to do that anymore. Jerome Burrus was Oakland's best offensive player from about week three on last year.

 

So far Oakland really hasn't proved anything. Last season they were the team that everyone expected to improve and get into the playoffs, and that didn't happen. They will have to prove it on the field starting in August. I hope they do, but only time will tell.
