As I see it "pre-season" with scrimmages and early games against a variety of competitors are over.....now we start plaing in our district at A/AA levels...we can start seeing how the rankings really match up....I pretty much discount everyone's record up to now...because the wins and how people manipulated lineups do not really count in getting to the ultimate goal...the state finals!

4 shutouts

 

As strong a back line as I have seen and an extremely balanced scoring attack

I know its early and anything can happen but I like our chances right now.

Based on what I've seen, i'd be surprised if NotreDame isn't in the finals....unless they get a tough draw in the quarter or more likely the semis...of course injuries can change a lot of things!

That would be cool to have another CAK vs. Catholic state final, though.

I agree, that would be awesome. Both teams have to improve this season for that to happen, but it's definietely not out of the picture.
