David Lipscomb is the team to watch this year. The team to watch and run behind. They look packed and ready to roll off as the early favorites to win the team A/AA boys title. And their girls are mostly returning too.

Boys:

 

David Lipscomb reloads all of their top 7.

FRA loses several.

Same for E-Town, Page.

Knox Catholic loses a couple as well.

6th place finisher CCS loses 6 of their 7 and will be hard pressed to make the state race, let alone place.

 

Girls:

 

University School of Johnson City returns 5 of their top 6

David Lipscomb returns their entire top 7

Notre Dame returns their entire top 7

 

Last years girls runner up (CCS) loses 4 members of their top 7 from State and will be working in rebuilding.

actually Knox Cath lost all 7 varsity runners.

 

Page there never really was anything besides pair and madden

 

i hope some dude just comes out of no where and messes all our predictions up.

fra and etown. then i think it could be between frazier and mlk for 4th just because both are returning so many people and knox cath, page and ccs are losing so much. frazier is bringing back all 7 i think and mlk is only losing david so those 2 should b pretty good

jackson around 1620 if the course stays the same as last year. if it is lengthened to a 5k the time will b different

eh... I think they should get a handicap or something.

 

I think the course will be lengthened a bit. Maybe 50-100 meters. Hopefully not another 173. That would be painfull.

No length: 16:15 or so.

Lengthened: 16:50 maybe.

 

Watch out for Sequatchie County's Bryson Harper. Not really getting serious until last year... 15th at state. Good runner. Putting in some good mileage this summer too. He should be up there.

well i know another guy that was allstate last year that is gonna work hard, u cant underestimate him.
