The return of a lineman for Whitwell, whoever it is, looks to be welcome as the Tigers struggled in the battle up front against Boyd- Buchanan. Whitwell has some athletes and it should be interesting to see what they can do with some time to move. Kilgore, McGowan, Francis, and Caldwell will make plays this season if given the opportunity. However, Whitwell has always relied on defense because the offensive scheme really doesnt allow them to put up points in a hurry.

 

Burgess for Sequatchie is a gunslinger. Looked a little wild at times but really has no experience at the varsity level. The kid will be solid once he gets his feet wet. Moves good and has an impressive arm.
