What happened to Knoxville HS Football on the Radio?

How can Knox Catholic have the game of the week, every week except Sept 8th?

With all the great teams in the area this is a shame. How about the Fulton's, Alcoa, Maryville, Oak Ridge, Farragut, Bearden, Karns, Halls, West and the other 20 schools in the area. Out of 22 game oportunities there are only 8 teams in our area that are on here.

They are missing a ton of great match ups.

How did this happen?

I sent his an E-mail last week when I found this out. Man they really sold the rest of the commuinity a sorry bill of goods. No question Money was involved because most of Knox Cathlocs football games will be boring. The team is average at best and there are many more games I am sure the public would more intrested in.

Said situation when they call it the Game of the week.

the radio station put out an open offer to all the high schools in the area for exclusive broadcasting rights, and catholic was the first team to jump on the offer. they did put a good advertising package together, but all the local teams had a chance to get the coverage

Well congrats to Catholic and their program but for the reat of the 98% of the area that is not Knox Catholic fans it is really disappointing. I looked forward to being able to listen to the great match ups last year on the net when I was traveling out of town for business.

I give up. You're clearly mentally challenged or something. This is the fourth time I've posted it. THERE IS A NON-CATHOLIC GAME OF THE WEEK ON THE SPORTS ANIMAL'S AM STATION. Now shut the hell up.

There hasn't been a game on the AM for 3 weeks. And the AM is a weak channel. Point is, change the name and it's been boring games on the radio ve some of the great contest that have been in our area over the last 2 weeks.

I got it and still don't like it.
