HTV
The Catholic booster club bought the air time from Citadel.
medman
Didn't know that Catholic bought the rights. Interesting. Central had been the team that WMNL had broadcast for the last 3-4 seasons.
rigger101
The Catholic booster club bought the air time from Citadel. Wow, great for the Catholic fans but for the rest of the HS fans it stinks. Those last two games were boring. There are about 3 to 4 good games on there. Well I gusee Citadel has their Air time paid for and that's all that matters to them. lat year I was able to listen to locale games while I was traveling in other states. That stops that! Man that isn't cheap. I've paid for radio ads before and that was for min's not hours. They need to change the name of the Show to the Knox Catholic game of the week. redupset
What about the TV ?? The Fulton Network.
dsl
Starting next week, the AM station (990) will be having a non-catholic game of the week, while the FM stations (99.1, 99.3) will continue to exclusively broadcast catholic games (except next week, when catholic has a bye). The schedule is on http://www.sportsanimal99.com/
rigger101
What about the TV ?? The Fulton Network. I think it's a big injustice to the Knoxville Region to have one team on the main sports radio channel in the area. At least change the name of the dang show. It's not the game of the week anymore. Call it the Knox Catholic show. I would love to know what they paid to have 12 nights out of 13. Good for the Irish fans bad for the rest of us who love to hear all the great teams in our area. rolltriberoll
Why don't the other teams in the Knoxville area purchase air time so that their games can be broadcast to the masses?

oswego
Maybe the radio station should tell the News Sentinel. I doubt they list every radio station's game in East Tennessee.
