S.S. proved something tonight too. Them boys are for real. They are just marching around Jackson beating up on all the other schools. In 2 more weeks they have to go to The Rock and play JCM in which should be a great game.

South Side has a very good team and will continue to win this season.

i went to this game tonight....it started off pretty exciting-rayner took the opening kickoff to the house (JCS's only points of the night) and on the following kickoff JCS pinned SS inside the 10. SS was much stronger and faster than JCS and ran it down their throats all night.

 

-JCS was plauged by dropped passes

-SS running game was too much for JCS d

-JCS defense struggled up front

-JCS turned it over around 5x

Congrats South Side. They really looked good last night. Defense had a tougher team tonight, however, they still played good. One of the D-line stripped the ball twice, same kid. Too many turnovers for JCS and they just couldn't hang with SS's variety of running backs. Also, defensive line is quick off the ball and broke up many plays. South Side has a great all around team this year. I was really proud of the offense tonight as well.

I got a bit of crow to eat, Southside is for real. As far as I'm concerned the only 3-A team that can challenge them is Crockett County. Good luck to Southside for the rest of their season.

South Side did what any good 3A team should do....They beat down a single A school....There is a MAJOR difference in 1A and 2A and for sure 3A in west Tennessee this year.....
