Yeah...milan...ya'll should have fun with that...with donald tip toein through the holes like the did against dresden he should @@@@ up the yards against milan too....what were the mr.all american's stats for the game by the way? i'm sure they were simply amazing

O.K. lets go ahead and ad jealousy to bad sportsmanship. And also, it is as much of an honor to play in a good contest against milan and lose than to win against a team the level of Dresden. Reason being, you can be a very good team at 100% and lose to Milan and still be a very good team. You can be a below average team and beat

Dresden and it really dont mean that much. If you get beat by milan you know youve been beat by a class organization. Also Big Ced gets excited about making good clean tackles. He is not taunting the other player. That is not the same as flaunting being able to tackle a player being able to perform at about 50% of his ability. By the way, I think when the stats are reviewed, Donald probable had about 15 tackles while limping on one leg. Man yall are tough. :thumb:

Sounds like Huntingdon witnessed a little bit of what we saw at Johnnie Hale last night. From the time we kicked off our major concern was that none of our players get hurt by an insane USJ team. We're lucky we only lost 1 player though that will be a huge loss pending what we find out about his injury. Can't wait to see the stangs week 7! At least we can count on a clean, hard hitting game.

I'm not from Huntingdon or Milan or Dresden but, I know Chris Donald and his family. He's trying to play through a lot of notoriety and attention right now and that isn't easy. In fact it's nearly impossible for a high school senior. If you survive his ability, be proud and we have that to do next Friday night!!! Chris Donald is the most classy high school senior I've ever known.

The team he plays for is our arch rival so I don't say that with ease. But I say it in all truthfulness.

It's funny how when one asseses a game how they gauge it against the other teams best player. Where did ya'll fail?? Right there!! In your attemt to beat Chris Donald you lost the game!!!! Good post GlenChervin

Dresden fans, are any of you reading this. Do you have an excuse for your behavior last night or did you enjoy it. I just wish Huntingdon could have been at 100% last night instead of about 70% and we would have given your children the spanking they obviously need. Hats of the the kids, no the Men on Huntingdons team who are having to step up because of the unusual high amount of injuries. You are doing a fantastic job and we are proud of you. Keep it up as I know you will. Dresden could learn from your character. :thumb:

Guess that is when my son was grabbed between the legs....but hey! It's just football right?

sounds like all ya'll need a little cheese to go with all the wine....it's football man and if i'm not mistaken i do believe ol' "big ced" as ya'll call him on the first series makin a "routine" tackle two yards down the field and gettin up and dancin his big happy self around and slappin his chest and pointin up...hey who knows i may be the only one who saw that....or maybe when dresden's qb got nailed 5 yards OUT of bounds...ya'll can take your pick really...football ain't nice...and talkin about the injury bug...dresden had just has many injury's as huntingdon....don't talk to anyone from dresden about people getting injured, because dresden has just as many as anyone around

Sorry Hard Head.....when I read the reply of this little fella it just made me mad....I responded to the wrong person....This one is for you!......when one of Dresden's "boys" grabbed one of our players between the legs! ....yeah..I know I'm just a Mom and its football....but isn't that a cheap shot? :thumb:

Ditto Duckman.

And, hamstrings are tricky, they can hold a player back all year if he doesnt let it heal. But Chris came back to help his team in a region game. Now thats character. Regardless of all the attention he's getting, he risks his season for the team's season. No one should say a bad thing about that kid.

Dude that is the most ignorant comment I have ever heard. you don’t know chris and you never will. He has way more class than you and obviously hes already accomplished more than you have, or will,so please keep your comments to your self if you don’t have anything better to say about a outstanding kid like chris. Getting offered by Tennessee and Notre Dame speaks for it self. Thank you and have a nice day MR FAN360.

The smell at the ballfield was horrible. At first I thought it was the hog farm upwind, but after seeing Dresden's actions on the field, I am confident it came from their locker room and the coach's office. :o

I agree, the only thing worse than the smell from the hogfarm next to the field(and what's up with that anyway?) was the character of the dresden football team. Obviously they are not very well coached. I've seen more discipline from inner-city memphis teams, which are nothing short of streetgangs.

    • Marion just jumped ER as the favorites in the East. Two big time transfers for y’all kinfolks. Bullseye has been set now. I said it the last two years it is time and both times y’all let me down. Can’t say you’re short on talent this year or that you’re young. Time to put up or shut up. Surely y’all can get over the hump this year. I’m just keeping it real
    • Should have won by 30 last year if we played discipline at the very least. May have got 2 dogs up front but remember we have the best DL in the state on our team. Also added a 6’6” 320lb O lineman.
    • Marion County boys just got two DOGS. Y’all East Robertson folks better buckle your chin straps this year. They gonna have something for Groves up front this year. I’m just keeping it real
    • A little confused.  What charter/prep schools made it to state in Baseball?
    • Fortuitously encountering Clint amidst the ambience of Goodyear this morning sparked an impromptu yet intellectually stimulating conversation, wherein we engaged in a rigorous assessment of prospective candidates for the esteemed role of head football coach. Our discourse, characterized by its spontaneity and depth, led to the formulation of astute observations and discerning judgments regarding the suitability of various individuals for this pivotal position. Allow me to elucidate the fruits of our collaborative contemplation: This commentary endeavors to offer a discerning articulation of my subjective viewpoint, emphasizing a conscientious commitment to maintaining impartiality and refraining from any semblance of derogation directed towards individuals.  Those who possess meritorious qualifications for the esteemed head coaching role, delineated without hierarchical precedence, include: Rennard Woodmore, an esteemed alumnus of the Yellow Jackets, presents a magnificent pedigree, having held prominent positions in head coaching capacities across various regions. His pivotal role as a coordinator for teams contending for state championships further enhances his stature in the realm of football leadership. Kyle Gregory, erstwhile adorned in the resplendent gold insignia, though lacking direct head coaching experience, brings to the fore his invaluable insights garnered as a coordinator for esteemed teams, showcasing an acute understanding of the requisites for triumph whilst attired in the esteemed purple and gold regalia. Steven Jackson, whose contributions transcended mere clipboard duties under the tutelage of Kevin Creasy, emerges as an exceptional candidate for Trousdale County. His prior tenure and triumphs as an assistant coach underscore his suitability for the role. The sole drawback lies in his lack of affiliation with Trousdale County as an alumnus. Brandon Eden's extensive tenure within the chronicles of Trousdale County football, spanning a significant portion of its State Championships, coupled with his successful stints as a coordinator across diverse locales, underscores his candidacy despite a dearth of direct head coaching experience at the high school level. Davy Cothron, while beset by a modest playing career, has emerged as a luminary in offensive strategy, drawing parallels to the transformative appointment of Barker in 2015, thereby warranting consideration for his proven acumen in this realm. Joshua Hackett, notwithstanding his non-alumnus status, has left an indelible imprint across Middle Tennessee, distinguished by his adept curation of formidable defensive units as a coordinator at Watertown, albeit without direct head coaching experience. Kevin Creasy, the epitome of coaching prowess, merits an offer irrespective of his current inclinations, his unparalleled capacity to secure victories transcending geographical and institutional bounds, potentially extending to a role as Director of Schools should it align with his aspirations. Conversely, individuals who have not demonstrably earned the mantle of head coaching, enumerated without sequential precedence, encompass: Brad Waggoner David Barker Paul Pitts Jeremy Pruitt Clint Satterfield Robbie Atwood Wesley Satterfield Ben Johnson BJ West Whom do you all deem most fitting to assume the mantle of the next coach, and what rationale informs your choice? Conversely, whom do you perceive as ill-suited for the role, and what underpins your reasoning for their exclusion?
