I don't know about the others but the 1 from Central will not start.

Yeah Im not sure of any central sophomore that could start on varsity this year. And I only know of 3 that would even be on varsity and only 1 of them will probably dress out.

What are you talking about…the Vikings played the Hilltoppers in the JV tournament championship last year!!!! Did Centrals JV even win a game last year? If they did it wasn’t against THS. What planet do you live on??? I know what you have coming up in the ranks…remember. :thumb:

Here we go again, same as last year not knowing what you are talking about. We played SH in the semi's of the JV tournament. We got beat by 2. I read that SH beat TH by a much larger margin than that. But the most important thing that you fail to mention, and this is very IMPORTANT!!! How many juniors last year, that are seniors this year played on TH's JV, "a bunch". Both regular season JV games were close, but TH was playing juniors. Along with SH, Central never played a junior down on the JV the entire year, even in the tournament, all were freshmen and sophmores. Central had 7 juniors that are seniors this year, so don't go by the JV.

I'll just throw my prediction out there.

1.DB

2.SH

3.South

4.Central

5.Tn High

6.Boone

7.Volunteer

8.East

9.Crockett

Cap1 if you are basing your predictions on JV that's not too smart.Central did only play freshmen and sophomores, they were missing one sophomore who only played varsity, and they didn't even practice together, their record definitely did not show their talent. I'm not saying this means either team will dominate the other or anything,I see Central though as a team that can beat anybody on any given night, they could also lose on any given night though. Another thing Central has going for them this year is they're pretty deep. I do think there are some sophomores that can contribute and then the juniors can contribute too. Central will be good, and so will Tn High, and will probably be scary teams to play come tournament time. Also, just for fun, anybody got any players that we should watch out for this year. I'm curious as to seeing who people think will have big years for their teams.

Ashlon Adams and Josh Odem for Science Hill and Corey Young (and possibly) Matt McClellan for THS and Malcolm Pinkston for Powel Valley will all start. Spencer Bailey and Larry Smith will see Varsity time at Science Hill. Julian Smith from Elizabethton and Austin Click for Central will dress varsity.

Your right…he was a grade exception because of his age. He’s either 15 or just turned 16. What about Mickey Brown…where will he end up this year?

Mickey Brown will probably be dressing varsity. He is a really good player with a great head on his shoulders. He can should the three and is a good passer. He would make central a amazing point guard.

    • And can you tell me who those two quarterbacks were, and every kid that was put into college from Bearden is a Bearden kid? It’s kind of why they graduated from Bearden.   and I would definitely not consider ETSU “waste”…
    • Most of this is complete gibberish. But the one part I could decipher is putting kids in college. This coaching staff hasn’t put a single Bearden kid in college. They completed wasted one of the best WRs in East TN and have ruined two talented QBs. All because they’re in over their heads.
    • Well, I’d hope the new coaching staff thinks they are all that because they can always walk around the school, anytime they want, thinking that, especially for what they’ve done for the student athletes and the players, putting more kids in college in his first season than the old coaching staff did in numerous years combined, but we will just sweep over that because I know you don’t like facts. But trust me, nobody wanted Mr. Big britches, made the star player switch to quarterback, which is ultimately the reason he ended up transferring to play the position. He loved, but unfortunately, had to be at another school because Mr. Big Britches doesn’t like when a teenager knows more than him, but can’t expect much coming from a guy who used all class throwing pencils up into the ceiling and making fun of football kids who were failing class right to their face, and in front of numerous students, even projecting on the board most of the time.
