I see SH drew Liberty in the first round...could be an early exit for the local favorites.

2 teams in this years tournament are ranked in the nation preseason, those are Liberty Tech from Jackson and Michael Krop from Miami. I look for those 2 along with German team to be the favorites. The German teams starting line up consists of a 6-2 point guard who may just be their best player along with 2 6-7 wings and their starting posts are 6-9 and 7-0.

 

I think the local teams with the best chance to win their first game are Greeneville against the team from Washington, DB against Martinsville,Va, possibly Tennessee High vs. Irmo, SC and Science Hill always plays their best in the Arbys so ill give them a chance to upset Liberty.

Remember Martinsville is a defending state champion in Virginia and has 4 starters back.

I agree Liberty is the REAL deal. They defeated Haywood last week by 34 points.
