you need to watch some film, if you are a player. pc only has 5 players that go both ways. that defense is even better in the second half. most of the points against pc have come early and then not at all. with the exception of the moore county game and those points came in the 2 overtimes.

this pc team has been in every game (all 4 qrts of every game) there is no wearing out these guys. coach bradley makes sure of that. they are in great shape.

go vikings :thumb:

he is a player, and a pretty good one at that. you guys only have 5 that go both ways in 1A football...thats kinda odd. plus, generally, our 2nd half has been better than our first...we just broke down last friday night, but with a hard week of practice, we should be focused come this friday night.

this should be a good game...i'm saying wchs by atleast 7

Perry County is a much improved team from last year. Wayne county has to minimize their turnovers. They almost got us against Moore Co. This game means a lot to both teams but I think Wayne Co. has more depth on the roster and a solid defense that usually comes through when the offense is struggling. My prediction is

Wayne Co. - 20

Perry Co. - 15

If WC takes this game seriously, as they should, I don't think PC will have a chance.

i am officially naming this game.. "battle for the Buffalo" last week pc won possession of the TN river and this week they will win possesion of the Buffalo.

i may even buy a big trophy to go to the winning team each season.

how about that?

just like the last couple of years.........Rice will lose at perry county.

thats pretty good but "Battle on the Buffalo" sounds cooler.......you could even have a poster done up with a viking ship floating down the buffalo,,,,that would be cool.......a pic of a viking shooting a wildcat in the but with a crossbow would rule too....ha.........course if your a wchs fan you could have a wildcat with a viking's leg in its mouth...ha.....move this game closer to where i live so i can attend

    • Gleason all over west Carroll in scrimmage. Gleason is big and fast
    • Defending 2A state Champs Westview Lady Chargers are pretty tough. They lost a bunch of production off last year's squad but returned some talent as well. They still McCall Simms, a Tennesseee Lady Vol softball commit as well as solid talent around the diamond. I dont think they are as good as last season but they will definitely be a tough out. Huntingdon Lady Mustangs seem to be pretty stout as well. Don't know much about Riverside other than Westview defeated them earlier in regions. West Tennessee softball is pretty solid all around id say.
    • Eagleville couldn’t catch up to Jones, he did have his location issues but in that game Eagleville popped up everything and the one hit they did have could have been ruled an error. Jeffcoat was a lot sharper in the beginning of the season last year than the end. ER ran out of pitching and still was in striking distance but none the less the better team one. Last seasons tournament was A LOT more balanced and talented. South Pitts starter is a Lefty who was low 80’s but couldn’t maintain his velo throughout the  outing, their #2 was more impressive last year, we knocked him around this year and his mph was down some. Their #3 isn’t bad neither, throws a lot of strikes and sits high 70’s.
    • He actually had a really solid spring.  I could see him getting some backup snaps on offense and be a regular on special teams.  Really athletic kid who can run.
