Hey Turtle shady stuff happens elsewhere besides East of the I-640 loop!

haha, very true. i would hope the catholic kids would do something like that. from what i have heard, they aren't nearly the party kids they used to be. and trust me, when i was in high school, kchs was known as that and not much else. they were full of trouble makers. i have heard the new principal isn't putting up with any of that. the characters that went to school at kchs between about 97-03 were about the craziest group of catholics i have ever witnessed. they were too much fun!

Come on Russell don't lie to the man... When its a big game like tonight, you better get there early because seats will fill up fast.. Now if you don't mind standing along the track you just roll in around 7:15. Coming from a big Roadrunner fan, I say GO ROADRUNNERS, you really thought I was going to say something else... LOL

But good luck to both teams. Holy Snap, what are you talking about? Did the Catholic folks really put a flag over a Falcon, if so where at? That's interesting I would never imagine those types of acts coming from the Catholic people..

It was a large 6 foot flag on a 10' pole that read: "Property of Catholic HS"

They stuck in the ground on the 50 yard line in the center of our Falcon. Students found it when they arrived at school this morning.

One more thing... They had signs taped to all of the entrances that said...."Catholic's keys to vitory will be because their team is Disciplined, Confident, and Educated".

They have stirred things up here at Fulton and added a litttle drama to the night.

Sounds like Fulton's Public Relations staff has been hard at work! Check the Flag pole for Coatney's prints. Gotta love them putting Harrison's picture making "The Catch" on PrepXtra today also. Who's worried about the temp with the way this one is heating up.

I doubt the kids from KCHS would have left their gated mansions early enough to get to FHS and back to school before 8:05 when we start school and they wouldn't have wanted to drive there after dark last night. Have you seen the traffic on the interstate? LOL!!!!

    • RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.
    • I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"
    • TSSAA will let them all go to Mase.
    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
