if u had seen their record breaking 4x1600 team at doug hall relays last year it would have not been a shock. i mean they got some GOOD distance runners

i agree. usn should not have been much of a shock. i was surprised at how bad fra ran personally, they are a lot better than what they ran. lipscomb looked pretty serious once again, i think a/aa state is pretty much a done deal as far as who's gonna win goes. mlk ran pretty close to fra today, maybe its finally time for the region 5 dl fra mlk 1 2 3 sweep at state for the a/aa boys, we'll see.

other notes from the meet- KK would have been 5th in the guys race. 17:06 completely alone is a very good guys time much less a 15 yr old girl. also, harpeth hall had a 3.33 second spread. that is unreal. if anyone can show me race results for a team that had a smaller spread than that, i would really like to see it

we had some technical difficulties like one of our runners dropping out. doesnt cover the fact that DL bent us over

hahaha yeah but i look for it to be a little closer at region like it was at region even though dl should still win pretty easily. either way dl fra and mlk are all gonna make state no matter what so region is really just for bragging rights. i'm still pulling for that 1-3 sweep at state by region 5. make me proud boys

kp then johnson then jackson. its kinda funny that those 3 look like the exact opposite of xc runners. its not gonna be the typical 6 3 140lb runner that has won region 5 in the past like rodewald and dj
