yea i wouldnt say the others are weak, at least not a couple.

then again, you are referring to the ones you've seen...either way, you can't Discredit the rebels student involvement..there's no 'certain' spot in the bleachers, they go where they please (if i may). It's been years since the Rebels had much to cheer about in men's basketball, so with last year's production and this seasons outlook, they finally got that spark back. I remember as a kid watchin these guys play, the old gym was full of fanatics. . .so, these 'rowdy rebels' are def. a contender if that's how yall wanna term it

I didnt necessarily mean stewart county, I meant the other teams we play out of the district, like tuesday Cpa was weak, and other games llike that. Stewart is def third, and you all are good at home, we dont even get to sit behind the visitor's bench anymore so we have to be even louder across the court, But its fun anyway.

Harpeth is pretty rough and Sycamore and SCHS are good. Creekwood and Cheatham are ok. Waverly just needs to start winning again. What are yall opinions.

Now I gotta say that the Cheatham county schools have that pep in their step, and it's great for their school pride. I will say that Harpeth might have the edge over Sycamore, yet the War Eagles are pretty impressive themselves. Cheatham should be alot better this year

The Rowdy Rebs are the new edition of student sections. SCHS use to have some fine teams roll through that county, real fine. They brought quite a crowd, all the time..it almost got uncomfortable, having so many people in that old gymnasium. But the Spirit was def. there, in more than just the students. Now, the Rebs have gotten back to that kinda stage, therefore the Students are making themselves known again. So I of course I have to say the Rowdy Rebels are up there with the rest

  • 2 weeks later...

With Regionals at Waverly this year, it makes things a lot easier on me. If I have the chance, I'll be rooting for Waverly, otherwise, as much as it hurts to say...Harpeth Indians, all the way

Yea since regionals are at waverly im sure every rowdy reb will be there but the Rowdy Rebels travel pretty good as well but SCHS is my favorite to watch just because there crazy and fun but sycamore is pretty huge never really heard harpeth at districts last year but sure they are good at home but go Rowdy Rebels!

Being at the SC-Northwest game 11/17: student section forced to stay on second level bleachers. I think that is rediculous for the school officials to make them do so. But, even so, they did a great job ALL night long cheering and screaming and having a good time..they even tailgated before the game. This student section, in my opinion, is definitely one of the best in the District. -->look out HHS and SHS(let me state that these two have outstanding student sections) :D

Now on to CCHS..at least for the MBA-CC game 11/20: student section wasnt what I thought it was going to be. I dont know, maybe when MBA jumped to an early 23-4 lead it muzzled the students. I mean sure they made a little noise late in the game when the Cubs came back within 4 or 6 pts, but I heard the section was pretty good. Maybe I'm ahead of myself, district games are coming :thumb:

    • Alas, your inquiry persists without resolution. Within the intricate tapestry of criteria delineated, the identification of a singular candidate who effortlessly encapsulates the synthesis of essential attributes proves to be a formidable task. It must be noted that the mere apprenticeship under a revered mentor does not inevitably confer suitability for the esteemed role within the Trousdale County coaching hierarchy. Indeed, compatibility transcends mere proximity, necessitating a profound alignment of values, principles, and competencies to ensure a harmonious union with the esteemed responsibilities inherent to this distinguished position.
    • Well, its that time of year again.  I really enjoy the summer camps.  This year, we will be hosting a play date on the 4th which will include Hampton, Unaka, and johnson county.  I think hampton is hosting one on the 5th.  5 freshmen will join the lady landers this year.  We will have 2 seniors, 8 juniors, and 3 sophomores.  Gonna be a new look for us this year.  This group is pretty dang good.  Unaka will be the new favorite in R1a.  They got a really good transfer who has an NIL deal.  And NG has most of their starters back.
    • Gotta take care of business in the village of Eagles first! But you will pass though the Boro on the way.
