The forecast is a High in the mid 40's, of course with a 7:00 pm game it will be MUCH colder.

Good thing Smyrna is selling the "Believe" shirts on Friday, I'm thinking they will have a hard time getting rid of the on Sunday!!

Hope they make some thermal "believe" shirts cause it will be cold on Saturday.

 

From everything I can observe, I think Smyrna has a little bit of the 'happy to be here' syndrome.

 

Let's hope they aren't blinded by the bright lights.

Is this Smyrna's first shot at the Gold Ball?

dude there houses are worth like a half million. i was curious and looked it up and found: The median home price in Brentwood is $523,477. The median household income in Brentwood is $119,304. Males had a median income of $97,962 versus $41,324 for females. The per capita income for the city was $50,550. what do yall do with all dat money? smyrna says The median income for a household in the town was $44,405, and the median income for a family was $51,550. Males had a median income of $37,130 versus $27,325 for females. Grow up! Money has nothing to do with a win. Sounds like a little jealousy on your part. The ravenwood students have nothing to do with where they live their parents do so quit the crap and let the two teams play. GO RAVENWOOD

Then there is also the newest Air Force fighter jet, the F-22 "Raptor". I bet Ravenwood wishes it's RBs could go into 'afterburner' also. :thumb:

Just thought I would let you know that our players are more than capable of afterburner mode. What with Ravenwood fans having so much money according to some here maybe I'll buy one of the F22 for our runningback!!!

Ok This Has Already Been Adressed By Someone Else But I'd Say All Of Region 4 Is Behind Smyrna And I Know The Only People Behind Ravenwood Are Ravenwood Fans...And Possibly Brentwood, So You Didn't Negate Anything There. You May Not Think You Could Buy A Game But That Just Proves You Don't Go To A Lot Of Football Games Or Watch That Much. Everyone No Matter What Team They Play For Or Watch Has Had A Night Where The Officiating Was Terrible And Refs Don't Work For Pitty. On The Whole Josh Note You're Right But He Has Really Turned It Up In An Effort To Make Up For His Mistake And You Better Believe He'll Be Ready. Funny About Cleckner I Haven't Heard Anything About Him...Anywhere...Not Even In The Last Game Against Smyrna. Did He Play? Is He Even Real? :thumb: I Mean If He's That Good How Come I Haven't Heard About Him On Any Posts Anywhere? Or Whenever The Papers Cover Ravenwood? :D So You Still Think You Negated Me?

Don't quite know why you are a Cleckner hater, he is a great guy and an even better athlete. Maybe he's flying beneath the radar for a reason. You are preaching to the choir as far as bad officiating because Ravenwood has had their share of bad calls. Ravenwood will also be more than ready for Smyrna!!!

Dude Honestly The Entire School Has Always Been Fairweather Fans...Sorry Gonyea.

You Know It's True I Graduated Last Year And Got Elected Most School Spirited And I Can Tell You Right Now The Fans Who Are Loyal Are Great. However The Rest Of The School Is About Worthless I Bet Not Even Half Show Up For State It's Really Sad. I Would Love It If I Was Proved Wrong Come Saturday Though. :P

 

I LOVE going to football games and there are tons of people there and only like 10% of the people there even stand up and cheer for the team! Drives me BONKERS!!!!

 

As for the students, well what do you expect when you have cheerleaders who lack school spirit to begin with? And yes, they lacked school spirit all year long until we got to the playoffs. If you don't believe me watch them during the games, they stand around and wait on the band to play so they can dance, I usually hear the same fans in the same area start cheers that the crowd can yell with during home games.
