You have to believe that Maynard from Smith County would certainly be interested in returning home.

dec 1. is the last day to put in for this job....the six candidates that I have heard that have put in for consideration to this point are.....bruce lamb, dale flatt, grant swallows, shane qualls, mark winningham, and jimmy maynord

Not taking anything away from the other guys, but if Jimmy wants this job, we best latch on to him! Coaches of this quality and with his proven success don't come along very often!! We might even beat Smith County then!!

I can tell you who would be a couple of good ast. coaches. Yazbeck and Ragland.

I am not familiar with any of the names mentioned except for Jimmy Maynard and Grant Swallowes. That is the same Grant Swallowes that played at Livingston Academy about 5 or 6 years ago that won Mr. Football? One of the teams that I support in east Tennessee, that coaching staff speaks highly of Maynard. The word is, he is a class act coach that wins football games. I hope that Livingston makes a good hire.
