South Fulton Devilettes...How strong are they?

The South Fulton Girls looked good against Greenfield, Obion Central, Bradford and stayed close to Gleason...are they a team to watch in the District?

South Fulton is one of the top 4 teams in district in my opinion. There are about 7 teams in our district capable of beating anyone in our district. Any of the seven teams can probably beat the other district in our region. I'm not saying that our region is that strong because it is not as strong as last year but whoever wins our region has a great chance of going to state.

South Fulton should be in the mix in this district. This is a good, well-coached team, that could make a serious run at the title. This team is low in number, but still a very good team. Good luck to the Lady Red Devils.

The Devilettes are small in numbers but have played some good games, but last night against Trenton was not a good example of their ability. No defense and turnovers killed them. Huge win for Trenton..

Thanks.. Yea consistency would definately be their biggest problem.. to beat greenfield by 21, and lose by only six in a well fought game against OC, then to get beat by 3 in OT to Trenton Peabody... The girls need to learn how to play every game and not just a few.. Hopefully they will get it together before Dresden Tues. night.. Last night they all seemed to be playing for themselves and not for each other.. No girl on the team is good enough to do it on her own, but together they have a shot!!!

I agree with Greenfieldfan here...I would like to see SF finish in the top 2 somewhere...They have some talent, and if they play like they did against Westview, Greenfield, and OC....They will win alot of games!! Good luck to the Lady Devilettes the rest of the year!!!

They showed they have potential by losing by only 6 points at Obion Central...OC is one of the top teams in AA....The win at Greenfield was very big also....They will be a very tough draw by the time tournaments roll around...
